“Every now and then I have a dining experience that moves me beyond words. I placed a a pickup order with New King Yen Too earlier this month. I arrived to retrieve my food and was so enraptured by the atmosphere of the restaurant that I asked, “Would it be permissible if I ate here?” I was granted this honor and allowed to choose my own table. Typically, a meal like this might last ten to fifteen minutes, but on this day I sat and savored my meal for hours, ordering additional food. Another culture’s story gradually unfolded with each new exotic dish that was prepared. As the night wore on and the smell of rare spices filled the air, I questioned this reality, finally giving in just as one would whilst riding a wild horse. Euphoria rose and receded in waves until my mortal attachments began to fall away. One singular thing remained: my love for Lorraine.

That morning I watched the sun rise. Sitting on the roof of my car, the rays of a new day carried with them an assurance I could not ignore and I knew, without a doubt, I was a changed man.

“Really great food!!! Totally hits the spot. Group of us had general tsos, fried rice, egg roll, crab Rangoon, fried dumpling, fried shrimp, orange chicken, chicken fingers, and beef spare ribs and it was all soooooo good. Chicken is crispy and saucy. They’re also very nice. We forgot one of our bags of food and they immediately called us to come back for what we forgot. Definitely willl be back!“

“We just started ordering from Gold Chopsticks because my daughter recommended them. We’ve ordered delivery from them 3 times! Their food is really good compared to other Chinese restaurants. We ordered a PuPu and it was juicy and delicious. The egg rolls are larger and not dried out. The beef teriyaki was the best. The meat was thick and juicy and the sauce was not too salty or greasy. The same with the boneless pork that had no fattybits, not over cooked and not greasy. The meat was meaty and not dry. They delivered to us in Chicopee too despite the restaurant is in West Springfield.“

“I have been patronizing New King Yen for at least twenty years, and truly enjoy their food. It has been consistently delicious, and of quality. One of my favorite dishes is the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce. I also enjoy their Wonton and Egg Drop Soups, and seasonal Shrimp and Asparagus. When dining in the restaurant, the chef will accommodate preferences if able. The two young ladies who are sisters are very kind.“

“This is the finest Chinese restaurant, I’ve ever been to and it’s really underrated and people should come here more often and the prices are really good and you get good portions.
Food that is really popular is:
Pork fried rice; Lo Maine; Chicken wings; beef broccoli.
I’ve had tried these and they really hit the spot, really good and leave you wanting more.
On the other hand the only dish I didn’t like was the dumplings they were not Pleasant and very bland and too mushy but besides that everything is really good and always on point! (Keep it up!!)

“Delicious food. This was the first time I ordered food from here. The general tso's chicken was delicious. The small pieces of chicken were the perfect size in a very tasty sauce. The house fried rice was tender and fresh. Singapore mei fun is one of my favorite dishes, and it was made perfectly.. also, this place makes delicious crab rangoon....super sweet cheese and crispy dough. lady who works there was very nice , super positive, and happy. I noticed that on the table were origami figurines, and she told me i could take one. Thank you for being kind. I highly recommend this place.“

“Had food delivered and it was definitely worth the rating.The delivery person was great and even brought the food in a hot bag which is a nice addition cause too often I order food and it's cold or barely warm, I got the sweet sour chicken and general tso dinner with dumplings and a bottle of sake (from the liquor store).“

“Haven’t ever had a bad experience with Panda House. We have been ordering from them for about the past 7 years. The food is always good, orders are delivered quickly and they never forget items. It’s nice to not have to order through another company, you can still order directly with the restaurant and they deliver it themselves. Friendly service, yummy food, fair pricing, good sized portions. What’s not to like?“

“I've been searching for a great Chinese spot since I moved to West Springfield and I can safely say I finally found one. The wonton soup was amazing and I love that the broth came with veggies and pork, too. Extremely packed quarts of fried rice and chicken and broccoli, too. We'll definitely be back!“

“They are in the process of changing management, so I hope they have same staff and don't change much since this is my favorite Chinese restaurant I have tried in the area. While others have had skyrocketing prices, they have maintained similar prices with large portions. Great place if you are looking for healthier family friendly options with fresh vegetables like snow peas, broccoli, bok choy etc. And very friendly staff who remember their customers.“

“We ate here today after looking around various places at the food court. The portions were huge, and the food was fresh hot and good. Some of the negative reviews are a little bit confusing. This is a mall food court in Holyoke so some perspective is important. If you’re looking for Chef Ramsey or fine dining look elsewhere. Most of the people eating the food seemed to be happy and I actually thought for our meal the prices were not outrageously expensive.
