“First time visiting the Socialite Coffee Bar and it was excellent. The atmosphere was soothing and pleasant. Server was patient and knowledgeable. I ordered the breakfast egg and cheese with added avocado and bacon on a croissant bread. The bread was toasty and crisp, bacon was in delicious, not too crispy or too soft, combined with the seasoned egg, cheese and avocado. I also ordered a black tea with vanilla, it remained hot the entire time I was there which was great in this cold weather. Definitely worth visiting for a coffee run or breakfast/brunch with a loved one, a friend, colleague etc. Will visit again soon.“

“I buy some of the best coffee I’ve ever had here. Whole beans by the pound and they’ll grind it for you if you’d like. Prices are fair especially for the quality you’re getting. Staff are friendly and helpful. Their in house coffees are great too.“

“We went to order a drink for my daughter 5 minutes before closing and the barista was kind enough to give it to her for free! He was very polite at the drive thru, as well. Someone give him a raise!“

“I’ve been to Dunkin’s all over the U.S. and this location is the best! I’ve never been to a Dunkin that was so consistent. Fresh bagels, toasted perfectly, and plenty of cream cheese. The staff are VERY friendly as well. You guys rock!! 10/10“

“Hands down the BEST Starbucks experience I’ve had in Springfield — and I’ve been to almost every one in the city. Jay and Alex are absolute stars. I came in with a 5-drink order and not only did they knock it out quickly and accurately, but they did it with incredible energy and kindness, all while juggling their closing routine like pros. Their efficiency and attitude truly stood out. As a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, I can confidently say this location tops the rest. Jay T. and Alex, y’all make this place shine!“

“Besk dunkin around. Of course they get busy like everyone else and they take a but longer. But EVERYONE there is so kind. They try to make things right if theres a mistake. Love them. So glad I got a new job so I have to go to this one now.“

Tanya helped us out, coffee was great the food was ok.. The Sourdough Sandwich was not the best from Dunkin'. But staff here is fantastic and friendly.“
