“Very friendly atmosphere and accommodating to our youngest who is wheelchair bound. Nice little spot with a mom and pop feel to it. Food was very tasteful and service was wonderful! “Visiting the Boston area and found this gem, randomly. All I can say is wow, wow, wow! If you are in the area and want to find a local gem, this is the place. If you can't find something to eat here, you really are trying to not to find something. The service, amazing! And that's an understatement, from the moment we walked in all the way to the end, friendly, on top on everything even as busy as it was. Has that small town homey feeling and every guest valued. Like I said, if you are in the area and this is a must go to and try.“

“I have been going to Maryann's for a while. Its a local breakfast and lunch place. All the food is cooked to order by Bob the Owner. I usually go for Breakfast but Lunch items are available as well. It is usually a 1 person operation except for Saturdays when Georgia usually works as a Server. Coffee is freshly brewed and very tasty. it is cash only but the gas station across the road has an ATM. Give them a try.“

“The portions are good and they offer muffins. They also offer blueberry muffins which Ii like. I usually get the 3 3 3. It has 3 eggs of your style choice, 4 bacon stripe, 3 sausages, homemade home fries and toast. You can wait to be seated, or sit at the counter. The manager is accessible and works the grill. The regulars seem to fill the place. The tables are big enough, and I do see families there sometimes.“

“We have been there many times for breakfast and the food, wait staff and atmosphere are outstanding. They have the BEST hot chocolate I've ever had! The food is always cooked to my satisfaction, I always have leftovers to bring home and the pancakes are amazingly light and fluffy, as well as very large! I can't say enough good things about them. My husband and I go there at least once every 2 weeks now that we're retired. There is ample parking and it is very easy to get to. I've noticed a lot of regulars now that we go there so often, and that's always a good sign. I highly recommend it. Our son, who is vegetarian, has no problem finding items he can eat and even he's impressed with it. It's the best breakfast place around and we won't go to any others, even Newcomb Farms, which used to be our favorite.“

“Went in for breakfast this morning and had an excellent meal. Seated very quickly and waited on very promptly. Our waitress, Jess, had our drinks at the table very quickly and took our order. I got an omelette with linguica and cheese. It came with home fries and a grilled English muffin( grilled as opposed to toasted. It’s a New England thing and I highly recommend it if you haven’t tried it). My wife got the chicken and waffles. Both were very tasty. Jess was awesome and took great care to make sure we had everything we needed. We’re going to be in the area for a few more days and we may be going back. Highly recommended for breakfast or lunch in the Brockton/ Easton area!“

“Your classic breakfast joint, feels straight out of the 1980s. Very clean inside, with really nice and accommodating staff. Their food is SO good, like My mouth is watering just thinking about it, while I write this. I highly recommend getting the hash omelette, chef's kiss 🤌🏽. Their food isn't greasy, like the home fries are spot on everytime! They have a nice crispy, crunch on the exterior, and a tender, fluffy inside!“

“I appreciate the consistency of IHOP! This location is great! We've been coming here on and off since we lived in Stoughton but now live elsewhere! The service was excellent! The food was perfect! We started with the cinnamon crepes that were delicious! I had the Big Stake Omelet with hash browns, which was ok till I added the salsa that made it awesome! My wife had her usual egg whites, bacon, onion, and mushroom Omelet, also with hash browns! My sis-n-law had the fried chix sandwich and enjoyed it just fine! I have no problem going back, the next time I'm in the area!“

“I gotta say we've had awesome luck at this IHOP. First and foremost the staff are absolutely awesome (2025). Bottomline some of the nicest waitpersons, and people in general I've encountered anywhere around here.

Food is really, really surprisingly good. Steak tips are sneaky great and cooked perfectly. Jalapeno Kick is one of the better chain restaurant burgers I've had in a while. Definitely one of the best on Route 1. Pancakes and french toast and breakfast stuff actually come out looking better than they do in the pictures, and is just pure decadence.

The place is just surprisingly good and I can't say enough about the staff, they're incredible. I don't get how they're empty during the day, hopefully they're jam-packed for breakfast and after hours so the staff makes some decent money.“
