“We stopped in today because we were in town for another reason and skeptically asked whether they had anything for vegans (you can't tell quickly from looking at the menu). The kind person behind the counter was genuinely happy to tell us they had great vegan cheese, we should get a pizza - - we did and we LOVED it, just like my favorite NY pizza. The nicest thing was that they really wanted us to be happy, and we were. Thank you, we will make a drive to be back!“

“Great atmosphere and service, and the food was top notch! We had the cheese pizza, mozzarella sticks and caesar salad, then went back the next day for buffalo nachos. 😆 All were above and beyond. The beer list did not go unnoticed either, as it was loaded with plenty of high quality favorites. Glad we stopped in!“

“Stumbled into this restaurant today by accident, and left wondering how soon I could get back there. Absolutely the best-tasting food I have ordered in most of New England. The servings are generous, the menu extensive, the ingredients fresh and perfectly seasoned. One of our group is a picky eater and she couldn’t get enough of her veggie burrito. My grilled eggplant sandwich was to die for, and another at our table ordered the portobello sandwich, which she declared superb. The owner/host and a new employee could not have been more accommodating. This is a very clean, unassuming place, a real gem. Coming down from Vermont - the land of vegetarians - I went back wishing we had this great place where I live.“

“Scott gave us fantastic service! He appeared to be the only server this afternoon but you would never know it—he was so quick and attentive. He put us at a quiet table as requested, then got our order right in, refills on drinks, rolls, and then automatically got us a second pizza to take home as he said the first one didn’t come out the way he wanted it to.. we were so lucky to have him today—thank you Scott for giving us such a wonderful dining experience!!“

We hosted a private event dinner there recently and the evening was a big hit across the board...delicious Turkish menu (including GF options), great service, and memorable setting. Appointment and I didn't have a breakfast, so I happen to spot this right around the corner, and I have to say, I've had the best onion, bagel sausage, egg and cheese, sandwich that I've had. “Fourth visit and still the best diner I've ever been too. Classic old diner atmosphere, great price, and still only a five-minute wait for food. My only complaint is that Lloyd's gives too much food. After the meal I'm done for the day. Today three of us had to get the $13 special because it was such a great deal (3 large eggs, 5 pieces thick bacon, 3 huge sausage links, mountain of hash browns, choice of toast or English muffin). We took at least a pound or more of food home.“

It is easy to see that the service plaza is falling apart and filthy but Papa Gino’s is always very clean and ready to help the very few people who come through that plaza.
