They go above and beyond with thoughtful details too. On one visit, they gave my daughter a plush cow, which made her day, and the new balloons are such a fun touch for kids. The only small downside is that I wish the play area were a bit bigger—but honestly, everything else is so great that it hardly matters.

“We ended up driving from Marlborough because the other Wendy’s location seemed unclear about whether they were still taking orders but stated they're closing early. When we arrived here, the location was drive-thru only, but your employee was kind enough to let us know we could still order through the drive-thru if we wanted.

The staff member was very helpful and polite, and we ended up getting exactly what we wanted. Food was fresh, delicious, and worth the extra drive. Overall, a much smoother experience, and we appreciated the clear communication and good customer service.“

There’s another similar restaurant chain in the area and they need 24 hours notice. The team at Qdoba totally saved us and bailed us out here, taking the order with less than 24 hour notice. “Had great food and a great time with my family here! It's surprising how fast the service is, especially given how busy the place was on opening day. When I was looking for someone to help with my drink, the first guy to come up to me and give assistance was Joao DeMichele. He made it right super fast and also gave us a cow toy for the kid, thanks! This was also my wife's first time at a Chick-fil-a and she said the chicken sandwich was perfect, which is saying a lot since she's korean and they take their fried chicken pretty seriously over there. Will be returning again soon!“

“Since Jersey Mike’s Worcester has opened we have been enjoying their subs weekly. Almost every single time despite ordering about a dozen subs they have succeeded in getting everything right. They are even kind enough to write peoples names on the sub so they are easy to distribute. “I went to this jersey mikes one time and let’s just say they treated my sandwich so kindly and gently; with true care.. each and every one of the staff members definitely served my sandwich in a way Mike would be proud of. I also had to use the bathroom and the let me. Kudos to Dalton Moon, they could make me 3 sandwiches and I’d eat them in 45 minutes maybe.“
