“Usually do recommend this Dunkin Donuts, but today drove up to drive thru speaker and waited and waited. Noone said anything even though we were asking if anybody was there. We finally left and as we drove by pickup window we saw a sign saying they would be back at 2pm and were at lunch. it was actually 2:10pm. As we drove out we saw a lady with a DD hat walking back to the shop from her car. Besides her being late I would like to know why Dunkin Donuts obviously only has one employee in this shop near a busy highway?? You cut down on help you also lose customers!! You need more than one employee at this location!!!“
