“There’s an employee named Demy and a small blonde girl who make this my favorite location to visit after work. The two are a riot and always go out of their way to make every dollar spent worth it. However, the few times I have gone here in the morning I have not had the same experience. The staff are rude and careless. I have to double check my order everytime I come through and I almost always have something missing or something I did not order.“

“I have been a frequent visitor to my local gourmet in Hudson. Ever since my first visit I have been hooked. Their flavored iced coffee is the best I have ever had. The staff are always super helpful and pleasant. I even have out of town family members eager to visit when they come to town.“

“I am responding to one star rating that was unfairly given by someone who should know the facts before judging others. First I weekly take my cousin who suffers from dementia out of the center were he now lives. Although we may have been loud, there was no intent to upset any other customers. Because of my cousins medical condition he can often act up with gesture and comments that happen with most people suffering from this awful condition. We talk with our other family and friends who were meeting there and again we could be loud at times. My cousin has outburst with foul language, gestures, and is very intense when he is speaking. He was an amazing man before this dreaded mental disease called dementia has changed his beautiful personality. We try to give him care and love by treating him to short trips out of the home. Although it may have been upsetting to you, he was not going after you when he went to the door, he was trying to say sorry after we told him that he had to quiet down because he was upsetting other customers. To that lady please be kind to those suffering from such an efliction, it's very heartbreaking to us and many other families dealing with his horrible disease. Please don't judge so quickly. We saw you in a motherly way and want to wish you the best for you and your baby.“

“I did not go in. I drove a friend's son there on the way to his workplace. This is apparently his usual stop for breakfast on the way to work.

My own impression of this location is that it can be hard to get into a very busy North Main St, especially if you need to turn left.“

“Honestly this is Dunkin of years gone by, before they shrunk down the donut size and selection. I'm a fan of the chocolate glazed cruller here, it's huge! If you like donut shop coffee (medium blend Arabic with cream and sugar), I would think you will like the coffee here at least as much as dunks.“

“I’m giving 4 stars because 1) the coffee and food I get every time is great. Always tastes the same and is very good! But…. 2)Every time I go I order the same thing, a medium cold brew and a sausage and cheese on an English muffin, nothing else, and it’s a different price every single time. Yesterday I paid $7, today I paid $9.23. The first time I went I paid $4.52. I’ve also paid $8.73, for the exact same order.“

“Gas station dunkin' donuts, they do a nice job of separating a space for you to sit and eat and it's clean. It said we filled up with gas and got our breakfast wrap and got back on the road to head to North Carolina. Food was fresh and tasty!“

“I went to another dunkins and was charged 10 dollars for 2 bagels and cream cheese: they were given to us un toasted and un cut. I came to this dunks and asked if there was any way to rectify this. My cashier Mike was able to give us two new, freshly toasted bagels. Great person! This dunks has always been reliable and quick. 5 stars! Thanks again, Mike.“

“Service is good. Never had an issue with most of the staff. I order in the afternoon normally, so they are quick but occasionally mess up an order. We are all human though I guess. Inside is nice, they keep it clean.
Any issues that arise are typically from the middle schoolers or kids from Lawrence Academy being loud or harassing stuff.“

“They always do a great job and they don't skimp on my salted caramel cold foam I don't know what is wrong with all the other stores but when I go somewhere else they give me like a squirt but when I stop by here they actually put in the correct amount where I get to enjoy it for at least 1/4 to half of my coffee.

Parking: There is about six spots in front of the building then they have like 10 pumps two spots next to the pump and like three spots out back so sometimes it's difficult to find a spot if trying to go in.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking in handicap ramps as long as no jerk parks in the side of the handicap spot where their ramps fold out so they can exit the vehicle.“

“The early morning weekday duo of Karen and Bev is nothing short of a very well-ouled (and plesant!) machine! They work steadily and quietly until a customer arrives and on a or both of them greets them often by name (and knowing their order!) Simultaneously, on line orders are being sent non-stop and they're filling those too! Steadily, orderly calmly. At about 7:00, Taylor and Justin arrive, take their places in the "dance" and things continue in the same steady, orderly and very pleasant manner. They make their Dunkins a very nice place to start my morning and I'm most grateful, for their early morning hours, their hard work and for simply being pleasant and kind. There's nothing more important than that! Thank you!“

“this Dunks is by far THE WORST Dunks I have ever been too! never get the orders right the staff on the night shift is a joke and insanely RUDE! when you tell them they got the order wrong they act like it's YOUR fault and not theirs! some of these younger kids need to get fired and replaced by people who know how to make coffees and deal with people. also charging 50 cents for whip cream is a joke I don't know any other Dunks that are doing this. for 50 cents they better fill the whip cream up to the dome hole. what a joke this dunks is. completely pathetic and doesn't compete to the surrounding Dunks. would rather drive the extra 15 mins to Milford Dunks. . I would give a -★ if there was an option.“
