“The best restaurant for non tourist food on the Outer Cape“

“Food was excellent, the waiter was excellent and the restaurant itself was great.“

“This is one of my favorite go to stops. I love the craft cocktails, they are very classy with a lot of history behind them.

It is a unique atmosphere, it has charm, a tropical upscale feel, but very relaxed and casual at the same time. The bartenders work very hard and make a perfect cocktail every time.

The food is also very good and unique. One of my favorite dishes is the Shrimp with roasted garlic and polenta.

Every time I'm in town, I stop in for a visit.“

“My boyfriend and I took a spontaneous getaway to Cape Cod and stumbled upon *Poit's Lighthouse Mini Golf*—and we’re so glad we did! We initially stopped just to grab a snack and stretch our legs, but the charming, welcoming vibe completely pulled us in.

After devouring some delicious hot dogs and pizza (seriously, way better than we expected!), I playfully challenged him to some arcade games—and then mini golf. Let’s just say, we fully embraced our inner kids for the next 90 minutes! The mini golf course was fun and well-kept, and the arcade was great for all ages. We left full, sun-kissed, and smiling. Such a perfect little detour!

“UNCHARACTERISTRICALLY LONG WAIT. Usually good, fast, friendly. Today we were there THIRTY MINUTES waiting for four sandwiches. New staff still learning the ropes, which is understandable, but at least a dozen other sandwiches got made for people ordering •after• us before we got our four. Hope this process improves considerably in the next few weeks...“

“On a cold and rainy day in November, The Squealing Pig really fit the bill!

On a recommendation, we checked out this place for lunch. Uncrowded on a weekday, we made our way in. Started with some cocktails which were well constructed and delicious. For food, companion and I each ordered the fried chicken. I have to say, the chicken was perfectly fried and still juicy. The breadi g wasn't over salted, which is so common these days. And the twice fried, hand cut fries were spot on too!

“Our sever Andrea was fabulous, and the food is some of the best Provincetown has to offer. Our group ended up waiting outside for 35 minutes for our reserved table at 7:15, finally sitting at 7:50. We were comped a delicious dessert for having to wait. That was much appreciated. My only suggestion would be to let diners know that they have a set period of time at the table (such as 1 1/2-2 hours), or leave a longer window of time between reservations.“
