“Stopped in on a day trip to Wellfleet. Not expecting much, I ended up with the best wrap(Rollwich) I've had in a very long time.
Fresh bread and ingredients, friendly quick service, and amazing prices.
It's the perfect quick food stop, and might have to be a destination lunch trip for me in the future.
Skip the Amex and leave a tip, we have to keep this place around.“

“Just had dinner at The Wicked Oyster. Arguably one of the best fine dining experiences we have had at the Cape. All the boxes were checked. Great atmosphere, food, and staff. Our waiter, Daniel, was exceptional and certainly a big credit to our experience“

“Poit’s is a must-do every year. It’s a fun, retro (think 1950’s entertainment) lighthouse-themed course with some fun little challenges. There’s an ice cream stand that serves a wide variety of treats. We didn’t try the indoor arcade but there were MANY pinball machines to choose from. 3 people for golf and ice cream was under $80. WE LOVE POIT’S!!!“

“Sat at the bar because it was so crowded and didn't make res. We each had the clams and mussels in a broth that was heavenly. That and bread made a perfect meal. My friend enjoyed a martini and said it was excellent. Good food on my report card. Second time I've been here. Recommend it.

“Sunbird is one of my favorite breakfast spots on the cape. The food is unique and wholesome. My favorites are the breakfast tacos and chai latte. I love the picnic tables and patio in the back - such a relaxing spot to enjoy quiet or a catch up with friends!“

“Brickhouse Restaurant was incredible. All the staff were very personable and friendly. And the food… our group of 5 all said this was the best restaurant dinner we’ve had in a very very long time. We all ended up sharing plates because everything was so delicious. We have discovered our new go to place for our annual Cape Cod vacation. 5 Stars all the way!“

“You order at the counter and then pick your seat - but their seafood and raw bar are a staple of cape cod and a must every time I come to the Cape. They also have mini golf next door as well as ice cream bar for dessert if you saved room! Their whole lobster or fried lobster bites are a family favorite“

“This place was SO wonderful. Quaint little place right in Cape Cod. Definitely must stop!! We had the calamari, coconut shrimp, buffalo shrimp and burgers and both forms of lobster rolls. Every single plate was exceptional. The service was great very warm and personable. Very clean and decorated really well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stop. Even took a photo with our favorite waiter“

“A friend and I were down the cape to do a day hike at the Atlantic White Cedar swamp trail. We didn’t have a lunch spot in mind, but when we looked at the menu for Winslow’s Tavern we knew we needed to pay a visit and it surely didn’t disappoint. The second you walk inside, you’re captivated by the warmness of the restaurant. You feel like you’ve just arrived back home and all your friends and family are there to welcome you back.
My friend got the Venison off the South African Sunday Special menu; which was perfection! I’m happy she shared a piece with me.
I got the swordfish schnitzel and it was delicious. I would never of thought to do a schnitzel with a swordfish steak and it was such a comfort. The display of the food was exceptional, good portion of food that satisfies you and doesn’t make you feel like you could have asked for more. The attention to detail in the entire construction of the meal, makes you want to learn to be a better cook. It really is creating magic and it’s a gift to be able to cook with such passion and knowledge of making a meal that enlightens all the senses.
Also, the winter sangria was deviously delightful and I could have drank more if I didn’t have a long drive ahead. Next time we will have to arrange to stay in the area.
I would like to especially thank Richie for being an absolute delight to have met, his warm and charming personality were infectious and it was great laughing with him.
We will definitely be back, to our home away home. Thank you to the entire staff at Winslows Tavern, I’ll be telling everyone in the area to pay a visit.“
