“A French man from Paris, France gives two big thumbs up for their baguette and croissants for their genuine fragrance, texture and taste. Great price for the quality, too, and that's what I like! We tried all the bakeries along Amherst St in Nashua and others in nearby towns and can firmly say Woodman's is the best. We will keep trying other items like kouign-amann, but I think this place is a winner for authentic French and European breads.Parking: A great location off a major street, Amherst.“

“I happened to be driving through Westford yesterday morning and stopped here on a whim. I’m so glad I did! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with folks chatting at tables and others stopping in for a quick breakfast. I picked up a French breakfast muffin (nutmeg with cinnamon sugar) that was excellent. I also bought one fresh scone and several day-old scones that have been incredible. The cinnamon chip was a favorite in our house. This bakery is a great local spot that I look forward to supporting again!“

“I can only vouch for the cookies so that's all I can review. I tried 4 different kinds, Chocolate chip, sugar, peanut butter and white macadamia. Cookies were good size and priced comparative to other shoppes at $2.25 a cookie. Wife and kids thought they were excellent as did I. I would highly recommend them. I looked at the other pastries in the cases and there were some phenomenal looking desserts. I'll definitely be going back to try some different things based on my initial experience.“

The frosting was not overly sweet (which sometimes can happen with cream cheese), and the cake was the perfect consistency: light and flavorful, moist. The cake not only did it taste good, but it also looked amazing. She incorporated elements from our wedding, talked to our florist, and baked the most delicious cake. I remember asking to have the passionfruit flavor in the cake a little bit stronger as I like bold flavors, and she delivered just that. I am so happy with the quality of the products that they offer it is a little bit of a ride to get to the store but service and quality is unmatched anywhere in the area. Recommend it to anyone.. “I found this little slice of Heaven-on-Earth by chance, after going to the sandblasting place across the street. What a special little gem of a store! I felt like a little kid again. The selection is unbelievable. Every possible delicious type of TastyKake I could get my hands on was there! I got a huge shopping bag chock full of boxes of cupcakes, krimpets, honey buns, marshmallow eggs for Easter, etc for only $21!! Everything is still perfectly fresh, yet a fraction of the cost of buying them in a supermarket. And most notably, the young lady working there was friendly, attentive, helped me find the Krimpets, was keeping busy organizing and fronting the shelves, and had excellent customer service. Plenty of easy-in, easy-out parking, including handicap accessible parking and sidewalk to enter. New Customer for life. “So the place looks really average. Not really appealing. But the food is outstanding, the croissant and patisserie are unique in this area. You may find comparable products in New York or Boston but nowhere in New Hampshire.Finally the service is so so... The people are nice but they do not hsvd coffee after a certsin hour or other of their main products, and it was Saturday afternoon.So this should be a 5 stars but still not, can , should do better.“
