“I don't know who took over this store, but thank God they did. For the first time in 6 months, they finally put cream ON the bagel when I ordered it that way. I just assumed that they didn't do that anymore because it NEVER in 6 months came that way. I know this is intensely dramatic, but I don't care because they are finally paying attention to the details, and it matters.“

“I have been served by Curti and his wife, Kelly, for years now at both their Tyngsboro location and former location in Lowell. I can’t say enough great things about the level of service and the food at this establishment. I was missing it so much when they were closed for renovations and I am thrilled to see them open again. Curti has always been so kind to me and has gone above and beyond with his generosity. I will never forget the time, many years ago, I showed up to Honey Dew with a terrible cold and he sent me home with a chamomile tea, on the house, because he told me it would restore me. He was right and I will always support a business that cares about their customers as human beings. If I can recommend anything, the egg and cheese croissant is my favorite breakfast sandwich in the area. In my opinion, it’s better than that of any restaurant or diner. Thank you, Curti for being such a wonderful person. You deserve all the success in the world!“

“my name is Jonathan Barron. I travel to different Dunkin’s locations to help the company their distributors and customers I have traveled to this location today being my fourth time. I will start by saying floor manager Christina the three times out of the four times I’ve been to this location. She has been very helpful on serving me not knowing. I am a customer that travel to different locations to write reviews for the last three times she had needed to serve me. I was wondering why? I have been coming to this location” to see their service because I had noticed the reviews were low. The times I have traveled to this location. It has been a great experience. Christina has served me three times as I mentioned and she is a great floor manager that could use a little help requested by me to increase the funds to this location so she can hire new workers and add to payroll I am aware that there are three individual workers that call in absent, making it very hard for her to manage the floor with the lack of employees, the current employees that worked today April 8 at 8:42 AM we’re working very hard to keep up with all the customers that were in the store and the drive-through I seen 10 customers in the drive-through and nine customers in the store I was currently in the drive-through I had came into the location personally to order my coffee one of the employees that was operating the headset for a drive-through had attended the cashier at the front desk, which I believe would not be good for work effort due to the pile up in the drive-through and in the store cashier for front desk must be stationed at that location drive-through operators must be at their station as of placements to help the flow of customers and satisfaction as I had ordered my coffee the employee that took my order had accidentally loaded $50 but needed Christina to cancel the reload to add what I had requested to put on the employee that had took my order made this mistake, not on purpose due to the overwhelming of the pile up I was also recognized by another employee that was very polite and helpful to acknowledge that I was still in the location and asked if I needed anything I had said I would like to talk to Christina more about what she would need for the location to speed up the service for the customer satisfaction as I told her who I am, and what I do for the company, I write this not to get any of employees that currently work at this location in trouble they are absolutely great for this location. The reason of my review is to request that the company help with the funding of new employees to add to the location for different days of chefs for each employee, I will be traveling to this location for a while to see how the services change I also will be traveling to this location to see that the current employees that are working are still remaining here as they are great for this location. I will be calling in very shortly to speak to the company directly thank you for being. A great provider for the world.

“I’ve been to A LOT of coffee shops (in 49 states) and this one here is top 3 in the country in my opinion. It doesn’t have a seating area which Is fine with me because it’s set up for speed. Its a rather quick process, stepping up to the line, ordering QUALITY coffee AND food at a respectable price and getting ata there! The people are quick and polite. It’s a good vibe in there.“

“Two years ago I switched my allegiance from Haute Coffee in Concord, MA to Nibbana Cafe in Lowell. While the coffee at Haute is indeed very good (Counter Culture beans, not local), I find the staff there a bit impersonal. Seating is also quite limited. Nibbana has equally good coffee (if not better, which is really saying something), provided by Tiny Arms, a local roaster. There is plenty of seating and parking at their location at Western Avenue Studios. The coffee is generally light-to-medium roast and they offer an array of interesting, unusual coffee drinks (I only drink espresso, straight, so I can't comment on those). At the time of this review, they have been cranking out lots of new food items. The staff is extremely friendly, always offering a welcoming smile and an enthusiastic "Enjoy!" when I pick up my order. The owners truly live by what Buddhists call "right living". They are very community-focused, and it shows. If you haven't checked out Nibbana, you're really missing out on a special place.“

“Stopped in on a whim after driving by. Small but cute inside with the nicest staff! There were tables to sit at if you wanted to it in. They have many bagel choices and cream cheese flavors. I went with a jalapeño cheddar bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. The bagel was fluffy and soft, easy to bite into or tear apart. The flavor was perfect - the cheddar wasn’t overpowering and the jalapeño was just the right amount. The cream cheese packed a punch, but that was exactly what I was looking for! Every bite was delicious! This place is the real deal. Stop getting your bagels from the big name places and visit this cute local bagel shop. I’ll be sure to stop in again!“

The drinks are always made how we like them and the few times we get food in the morning it’s always been hot and good! I specifically want to give a shout out to your barista Grace on Saturday morning this past weekend. It was 6:30 ish in the morning on a day that we both knew was going to be taxing and awful, filled with sadness still bleeding over from the week before, but when we got our drinks and food we opened up our bag to something completely unexpected. Such a warm heartfelt note that over the next 500 miles we drove on Saturday, we couldn’t stop talking about it. It now lives in my car right next to the picture of my partner and our pup cup obsessed pooch. “I'm in town visiting from Philadelphia. In Philly all we have is cheesesteaks and the occasional riot after winning a sports championship. So I wanted to try something different and a little less felonious and while my host was out at work, I walked over to Kinsley House of Pizza. I went to order a tuna sub but they were out of tuna. No big deal, that's not unheard of in the restaurant industry, and I get it. But I also don't eat meat or poultry, and I didn't want to order an entire pizza to myself, so what to do? This is where the gentleman waiting on me went into what I like to call "helpful salesperson mode". And I know what you're thinking--am I buying a car or just trying to order food? No, I'm definitely not buying a car. I want to be clear on that. No cars were harmed during the writing of this post. Not even if it was a car made out of pizza and breadsticks, though that is a pretty cool idea and I think it needs to happen. So anyway, wasn't purchasing a car, and back to the "helpful salesperson" comment--the gentleman behind the counter mentioned that they had "fake chicken" and I could get a fake chicken sub if I wanted. Well I never had a chicken sub let alone one made from fake chicken, so I decided to try that. That was not a good idea, that was a GREAT idea! Absolute banger of a sub, and I can't wait until I'm back in town so I can try the pizza next. ...but a car made out of pizza is also not off the table. Because life is short, and it's important to have goals, especially if they involve pizza.“

“I just want to say I order both app and through drive thru. Both are always done as quickly as possible, even when there's a long line. It's the only Dunkin's I'll go to because I know my drinks will always be done correctly. Also I want to give a huge shout out to the crew who works in the afternoon/evening. “I ordered a large number of donuts from here for my wedding dessert. I walked in one day to order and the counter staff was so nice, and I thought that would be it. Then, the owner exceeded my expectations by calling me to talk through the order and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. He even discussed ways he could modify some of the donuts to make sure I got my money worth in ingredients while allowing them to be hung on a donut peg board. Pick up was seamless and the owner even texted me after the wedding to see how the donuts were. Besides the customer service, people LOVED the donuts and they couldn’t have been more of a hit. “This place is the definition of a HIDDEN GEM. My boyfriend and I wanted to grab a quick bite after the gym and we came across El Bunker on Google. When we walked in we were greeted by Camilla who is the sweetest! She was making Pão de Quiejo and they were AMAZING. (even better than fogo de chao in my opinion)We both got the Cuban sandwich which was so yummy. The bread was toasted and the garlic sauce really made the sandwich. I also got the guava shake and it was delicious and my boyfriend got a coffee with condensed milk which he loved.This place deserves more recognition for the quality of food and service they provide. “Better tasting coffee than D&D. I also like the fact that they stir your beverage if you get anything other than black. It makes a difference, and I don't know why it's not common practice àt all coffee shops. Great customer service, you can tell by their attitude that they appreciate you as a customer and your patronage. They also do a lot with a little. For such a small shop, they offer many choices and are very efficient at keeping the wait time minimal.
