“Best service out of all the Dunkin’ Donuts, I usually mobile order and when I do my order is always ready by the time I get there. All the staff is very kind and attentive to every guest. And, they always make my coffee right which is a great start to my day. I truly appreciate this location and their staff ?“

“my name is Jonathan Barron. I travel to different Dunkin’s locations to help the company their distributors and customers I have traveled to this location today being my fourth time. I will start by saying floor manager Christina the three times out of the four times I’ve been to this location. She has been very helpful on serving me not knowing. I am a customer that travel to different locations to write reviews for the last three times she had needed to serve me. I was wondering why? I have been coming to this location” to see their service because I had noticed the reviews were low. The times I have traveled to this location. It has been a great experience. Christina has served me three times as I mentioned and she is a great floor manager that could use a little help requested by me to increase the funds to this location so she can hire new workers and add to payroll I am aware that there are three individual workers that call in absent, making it very hard for her to manage the floor with the lack of employees, the current employees that worked today April 8 at 8:42 AM we’re working very hard to keep up with all the customers that were in the store and the drive-through I seen 10 customers in the drive-through and nine customers in the store I was currently in the drive-through I had came into the location personally to order my coffee one of the employees that was operating the headset for a drive-through had attended the cashier at the front desk, which I believe would not be good for work effort due to the pile up in the drive-through and in the store cashier for front desk must be stationed at that location drive-through operators must be at their station as of placements to help the flow of customers and satisfaction as I had ordered my coffee the employee that took my order had accidentally loaded $50 but needed Christina to cancel the reload to add what I had requested to put on the employee that had took my order made this mistake, not on purpose due to the overwhelming of the pile up I was also recognized by another employee that was very polite and helpful to acknowledge that I was still in the location and asked if I needed anything I had said I would like to talk to Christina more about what she would need for the location to speed up the service for the customer satisfaction as I told her who I am, and what I do for the company, I write this not to get any of employees that currently work at this location in trouble they are absolutely great for this location. The reason of my review is to request that the company help with the funding of new employees to add to the location for different days of chefs for each employee, I will be traveling to this location for a while to see how the services change I also will be traveling to this location to see that the current employees that are working are still remaining here as they are great for this location. I will be calling in very shortly to speak to the company directly thank you for being. A great provider for the world.

“My go-to matcha spot! I order an iced matcha latte with oat milk. This place is a great local business with great service and welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of parking, different seating options and plenty of delicious items on the menu. Never disappoints.“

“Two years ago I switched my allegiance from Haute Coffee in Concord, MA to Nibbana Cafe in Lowell. While the coffee at Haute is indeed very good (Counter Culture beans, not local), I find the staff there a bit impersonal. Seating is also quite limited. Nibbana has equally good coffee (if not better, which is really saying something), provided by Tiny Arms, a local roaster. There is plenty of seating and parking at their location at Western Avenue Studios. The coffee is generally light-to-medium roast and they offer an array of interesting, unusual coffee drinks (I only drink espresso, straight, so I can't comment on those). At the time of this review, they have been cranking out lots of new food items. The staff is extremely friendly, always offering a welcoming smile and an enthusiastic "Enjoy!" when I pick up my order. The owners truly live by what Buddhists call "right living". They are very community-focused, and it shows. If you haven't checked out Nibbana, you're really missing out on a special place.“

“The biggest and best muffins around, hands down! I would be here every day if the line wasn't so long. They're very popular with their coffee and their variations but I'm not a coffee drinker, so to get a muffin I have to wait in a long line of coffee drinkers and it's a slow line because of all their special orders. They need to have a separate line just for muffins.“

“I ordered a large number of donuts from here for my wedding dessert. I walked in one day to order and the counter staff was so nice, and I thought that would be it. Then, the owner exceeded my expectations by calling me to talk through the order and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. He even discussed ways he could modify some of the donuts to make sure I got my money worth in ingredients while allowing them to be hung on a donut peg board. Pick up was seamless and the owner even texted me after the wedding to see how the donuts were. Besides the customer service, people LOVED the donuts and they couldn’t have been more of a hit. “I just want to say I order both app and through drive thru. Both are always done as quickly as possible, even when there's a long line. It's the only Dunkin's I'll go to because I know my drinks will always be done correctly. Also I want to give a huge shout out to the crew who works in the afternoon/evening. “This place is the definition of a HIDDEN GEM. My boyfriend and I wanted to grab a quick bite after the gym and we came across El Bunker on Google. When we walked in we were greeted by Camilla who is the sweetest! She was making Pão de Quiejo and they were AMAZING. (even better than fogo de chao in my opinion)We both got the Cuban sandwich which was so yummy. The bread was toasted and the garlic sauce really made the sandwich. “I've been to almost all of the DD's locations in the Merrimack/Nashua area. This location is by far the best managed and the most cleanest location around. The employees there know how to do their job. They talk less and work more which means everyone gets their order quickly and correct. Literally act like they are on a mission to serve your order. “We discovered this amazing coffee on a trip to New England earlier this year and it’s become our absolute favorite. We have tried dozens of flavors now and each one is smooth and uniquely flavorful. Our favorites so far are maple bacon, Jamaican me crazy, egg nog, hot toddy, silver & gold, and peppermint stick, although I’m sure we’ll find many more favorites the more we try! “I'm in town visiting from Philadelphia. In Philly all we have is cheesesteaks and the occasional riot after winning a sports championship. So I wanted to try something different and a little less felonious and while my host was out at work, I walked over to Kinsley House of Pizza. I went to order a tuna sub but they were out of tuna. No big deal, that's not unheard of in the restaurant industry, and I get it. But I also don't eat meat or poultry, and I didn't want to order an entire pizza to myself, so what to do? This is where the gentleman waiting on me went into what I like to call "helpful salesperson mode". And I know what you're thinking--am I buying a car or just trying to order food? No, I'm definitely not buying a car. I want to be clear on that. No cars were harmed during the writing of this post. Not even if it was a car made out of pizza and breadsticks, though that is a pretty cool idea and I think it needs to happen. So anyway, wasn't purchasing a car, and back to the "helpful salesperson" comment--the gentleman behind the counter mentioned that they had "fake chicken" and I could get a fake chicken sub if I wanted. Well I never had a chicken sub let alone one made from fake chicken, so I decided to try that. That was not a good idea, that was a GREAT idea! Absolute banger of a sub, and I can't wait until I'm back in town so I can try the pizza next. ...but a car made out of pizza is also not off the table. Because life is short, and it's important to have goals, especially if they involve pizza.“

“The Pine Street Eatery is an excellent choice for breakfast and lunch. I have never had dinner there nor have I been to the lounge. I am referring to the restaurant. The people are wonderful, the food is great and the prices are more than fair. Overall, a wonderful place for a meal.“

“coming to this location is always good. They have a hard worker named Pablo. That is extremely funny if you get to know him and make your drink very good if you feel like there’s something slightly off with your order let him know and he is more than polite to help you out, after receive my drink, needed a little bit more caramel and coconut. He had no problem just add a little bit more. the atmosphere is good could use a little bit more stand room for the space. Other than that very good location I mention Pablo only because of his actual work effort I watch him make people orders for others and the way he treats the customers like he cares. i’ve asked him do you like coming to work he says he’s loves it. He loves coming to this Duncan to work. that is what you call. Dedication to work for the company of Dunkin. the other employees that work here they just do their job but don’t seem to really care how their customers drinks are made they just make it and then send you on your way so by time you leave if you are in a rush, you won’t know what your drink taste like till you take your first sip when I go to Dunkins I can’t be choosy who makes my drink, but I prefer to go when Pablo is working.

Parking: parking lot is hard to find a space to park all the time because this location is a gas station as well so people come here to buy stuff in the store as well as put gas in their vehicles and the customers that go to Dunkins it may be a little somewhat difficult to find a parking space if it’s heavily active in the store between certain times of the day, there are more customers

Kid-friendliness: I see kids here all the time I don’t know when location of Dunkin that wasn’t kid friendly I think this is a great location like any other Dunkin one thing that your kid may enjoy here is the donuts there always fresh at least when I go and get them

Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessibility is good. The space for vehicles for parking will very dependent on the sides of vehicle. You are traveling in if you are using a wheelchair accessibility van, then it may be hard for you to use the ramp of the van due to space in the parking lot, but if you are able to get out your vehicle and get yourself into your wheelchair, then it would be a good place for you“

“Inside Market Basket grocery store is a nice cafe with an open 50 chair seating area (high & low chairs) with 2 TVs and restrooms. You can hear the registers and customers chatting. Not a typical cafe atmosphere.the selection of tea and specialty coffee drinks is nice. They also have Market Basket bakery and fresh popcorn.The staff are very friendly and helpful.The prices are low and the WIFI is very good.overall a great place to stop off while shopping.“

“Better tasting coffee than D&D. I also like the fact that they stir your beverage if you get anything other than black. It makes a difference, and I don't know why it's not common practice àt all coffee shops. Great customer service, you can tell by their attitude that they appreciate you as a customer and your patronage. They also do a lot with a little. For such a small shop, they offer many choices and are very efficient at keeping the wait time minimal.
