“The ladies behind the counter took my dairy allergy seriously and helped me find something to enjoy. I had the carnitas tacos, without cheese, and rice and black beans on the side. They made my food first out of the rest of my party, and took the time to clean the grill before hand. The tacos were delicious - the beans and rice were a little bland and much better when I added them to the tacos. I'd recommend speaking to the staff about possible options if you have food allergies.“

“We were visiting the area to attend graduation and had brought our small dog. The restaurant accommodated our dog by allowing us to sit outside. It started to rain but the server quickly rolled down the awning and no one got wet. I'm addition to their excellent hospitality, the food was delicious. Our group tried the burger with egg, chicken and waffles, pork bahn mi and crab cakes. Fantastic experience to top off a wonderful graduation weekend!“

Tamarind margarita with mezcal was awesome, and the street corn did not disappoint! Probably my most fav part of the meal even though it’s an app.

Ordered 3 tacos: pescado, camarones and carnitas. I’ve eaten here before but I feel like last night they missed the mark. The pescado is actually a really thick piece of fish - delicious but overshadows the whole taco and not much room for other ingredients. The camarones was beyond spicy, I don’t know what happened I couldn’t eat it. But the carnitas was delicious!

Might go back and try their other tacos. I’ve heard good things about their pollo and tofu taco and ceviche. But disappointed last night didn’t go as planned.“

Our waiter answered all our questions and took great care of me with my food allergies! I felt totally safe!! The food was packed with so much flavor and everything just melts in your mouth! “we have frequently ordered out from them however I refuse to give them any more buisness as of today, we have never had any issues in the past . my husband paid 40 dollars for a taco tray , and upon opening the tray I noticed my chorizo tacos where burnt. to the point I couldn't even attempt to feed them to my dog. Im not sure if that was given to me on purpose because when I went to pay for my food I was commenting to the cashier about the large significant price increase and asked if I could receive my receipt so that I could verify the charges .I understand prices are going up because of whats going on , however the original taco tray typically comes with rice and beans, I was aware that because they where operating out of a taco truck I wouldnt receive that and I was ok , I just was not informed of the significant price increase that was a larger amount.The cashier had a attitude about it and scoffed and wrote me a receipt that read 40$ taco tray. I was already upset , so to go home and see that some of the tacos where severely burnt really upset me . I personally texted the owner and expressed to the owner that its not fair to work hard and pay for a service to feed your family and half of the food is charred. as of today I will no longer patronize this poor excuse of an establishment. I never got a response back and that speaks volumes about the owner . If you desire attitude and burnt piss poor quality then Tacos El primo on college street is the jackpot. attached are pictures of one of the burnt tacos and a screenshot showing that I reached out to show them the quality of food , In no way shape or form was I disrespectful or using any type of profanity in my text although I was upset, never got a response back .“

“Excellent flavor, wow, I was surprised, they have a delicious seasoning, everything was very well packaged and cared for, although I had inconveniences, it was from the Uber delivery man, but the quality of the food and the flavor are excellent. I give 10/10. They transported me to Mexico and the Dominican Republic with that flavor“

Actually I really don't understand the poor reviews here about the food taste, I think they're incredible! I had the bowls and they are super yums. I liked their soda options too. I can't wait to try more

About the price, you get what you pay for, and it's way more affordable than going to o ya. yes they're the team behind o ya, so you know you get good quality and delicious foods (my review is purely on the quality of the food at gogoya).
I know I'm going to feel good w the ingredients bc theyre of incredible quality, and it's done thoughtfully.
