“I was having a HORRIBLE day. I went in just to see if I could feel better with a bite to eat. The girl making my sub, (I think it was Rori or Tori) put the biggest smile on my face. She took time to not only ask if I was okay when visibly distraught, but also made sure to put a smiley face on my sub bag. Thank you to the lovely young lady who took time out of her day to not only make me laugh, but make me smile. Your staff is amazing!! such a good group you have!!!“

“Another great Jimmy John's. This location was across the street from the hotel I was staying at. My wife's and my sandwiches were prepared exactly as ordered and super fast.
