“It was so nice walking in and being greeted by Steven and his team. Steven was friendly, attentive and just had such a great attitude. We’re pretty particular about how we like our sandwiches made, and he actually listened and made them exactly how we asked, which doesn’t always happen at other Jersey Mike’s locations we’ve been to!

Steven also has a great sense of humor and upbeat personality. He had customers laughing, and you could tell his positive energy carried over to his team too.

I just wanted to give Steven, the rest of the team (sorry I didn’t catch everyone’s names!), and this location the recognition they deserve. Thank you all for taking such good care of us and making our sandwiches perfectly, especially cutting them open-faced and not all the way through, just how we like them! “I honestly can’t recommend this place anymore. They have a frequent customer punch card which once completed grants you a free sandwich. I went and redeemed my card and purchased 2 bags of chips and a Diet Coke. When I get to work I check my account and he charged me $11.77. I assume he forgot to give me my free sandwich and go back. He then goes on to tell me that the bags of chips are $2.50 each, he charged me another $2.50 because I asked for hot peppers on my sandwich. He then says the 20oz soda is $4.25… I know he arbitrarily made up these prices on the fly as I was obviously a frequent customer and none of this matches up to my previous purchases. If you don’t want people to get a free sandwich don’t have the card.“

“I was seeing everyone talking so highly about this place, and I wanted to share my experience too. I went there for the first time on Tuesday early morning and I was treated very well. The girl who helped me was tall, sweet, and very beautiful, and she was extremely kind to me. She even mentioned that she was a little nervous because it was also her first day, but she still gave me amazing service. “Awesome service. We were there Saturday, 3 sandwiches & a chicken Caesar salad. The lady taking orders was very cheerful and pleasant. The cook was quick and did a good job on our order. The Korean bbq was so good I finished it before leaving the parking lot and then ate some of my partners steak bomb and a little of my daughters salad. I wasn't hungry when we got there but the food smelled so good. Those two ladies work very well together and we enjoyed our short stop there. I would reccommend this location to all my friends if service is like that all the time. For a quick solution to lunch/dinner this was a very good choice for my picky family.“

“I really enjoy it here. It’s quick friendly and pretty cheap. I just need them to realize that if you’re touching lunch meat my tuna shouldn’t taste like cold cuts. I got tomatoes today that I didn’t ask for. She opened up my sandwich with the same gloves she made everyone else’s with took the tomatoes off, dipped her hands in the pickles and then rolled my food back up. As I’m eating my food taste like meat. That was kinda gross. But not did I feel like I could say anything because she was the only one with an attitude. It wasn’t worth it so I didn’t bother but that was not ok. At least the guy changed his gloves after taking my cash…“

“I live close to this JJs and work from home. I probably get it once per week and order on the mobile app. The food is always made quickly and ready when I arrive. The app is great and gives rewards. The special sandwiches they have are usually good. Recently I had the BBQ brisket and it was great. You can add a lot of free customizations to your sandwich too. But probably the best thing I can say is I have a sensitive stomach and not once has the food upset my stomach which says a lot about ingredients and preparation at this location.“
