“Heard about this burger joint...AND I wasn't disappointed, in fact it will probably take me a few months to eat my way through their eclectic menu and no doubt I'll enjoy the ride. Burger was excellent, but the caveat was the cole slaw, NOT your store bought or KFC, this was truly a chef Michelin rated green/purple slaw with an incredible dressing. To top it off, you have to eat the fries.... I didn't ask, but they seemed to be riced then fried...5*****“

“Yesterday we took our grandson to Chick-fil-A for lunch on his birthday. He enjoyed his food, eating his chicken nuggets, waffle fries, and fruit cup with his milk. While playing in the playroom, we noticed activity in the dining area and found out that today was decorate your own cookie day. We decided to stay for that while they were setting up we got a couple of ice creams to pass the time. We were encouraged by several associates to go up and get a cookie and decorate it. We took our cookies and our frosting and Sprinkles back to our table to work on them. My wife mentioned in passing to one of the associates that today was his birthday. With our cookies nearly complete, several associates showed up with a birthday cake with a candle lit and lead the restaurant singing, happy birthday. The bag of gifts that came with the cake were a big hit. But the bigger hit was the courtesy and attentiveness of the associates at Chick-fil-A. Thank you for making Ryder ‘s birthday a special one.“

“I recently had a great experience with Chick-fil-A when they prepared an entire softball team’s order, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Despite the large and detailed nature of the order, it was completed on time with excellent organization and accuracy, and all special requests were taken care of without any issues. A huge part of what made it run so well was the effort from Alisha and Jean Paul, who were both extremely attentive, detail-oriented, and proactive in making sure nothing was missed. They communicated clearly, double-checked everything, and showed real care in getting the order right for the whole team. Overall, the service was efficient, well-coordinated, and reliable, and it made feeding a full team feel easy and stress-free.“

“I don’t usually write these reviews, but I just can’t hold it in. This man in the striped shirt, The man Alex Booth. When he delivered me my food at a wondeful and timely pace with a smile on that beautoful face, he made sure I wanted NO sauce. Then said “are you sure,” I said “yes” and although I did not want more sauce, I felt connected to the Walpole Chic Fil A, and I genuily felt that if I needed anything, an ambulance, or even just a hug in this difficult world I would get my needs met. I have never felt this in any other establishment. I went into this, quite honestly expecting a lackluster expirences, but to my suprise Mr booth took me under his wing and made me feel like this was more than about just food. I would also give some credit to the other coworker, they were truly lovely! However, someone stood out. I think you know who. Anyhoo, moving forward, as I embark on this journey leaving chic fil a, I’m leaving with a new perspective on life. I feel like we could all learn something from him. That the world needs more smiles, more people who genuily care. Bakery items are so tasty and you will come back for more. The display of flatbreads are extraordinary as they are lined up for your viewing. A must for breads and tasty treats. “New Years Day: dinner time - huge thank you to the woman running expo/aboyeur (putting together the orders/organizing/handing them to customers). Shes ALSO cooking/serving all the French fries simultaneously. She moved like lightening, made sure all orders were correct, and had to announce the orders to the customers who are lost in a daze or on their phones. The entire crew was absolutely cranking out delicious food. They were keeping up with the huge volume of orders. Impressive. Well done. I wish there was a tip jar at the pick up area. “Made the trip all the way from Lynn to try DQ's grilled menu, it was absolutely worth the trip!! Probably one of the best fast food burgers I've ever had, and the fries were great too. Of course the Blizzard was tasty as always!! And one of the employees served my food at my table which really surprised me! The restaurant itself was also very clean, and they even had a TV to keep me occupied while I waited. Overall a fantastic service, and I hope the one that opens in Lynn lives up to it!!“

“I had an excellent experience at this Burger King on Monday at 11:35. Shab and Corey were both working extremely hard, moving with urgency, teamwork, and a great attitude.

My food came out hot, fresh, and fast, and it was served with a genuine smile. What stood out most was how well they worked together under pressure while still making the customer experience feel positive and welcoming.

It is not always easy to find fast food that is affordable, efficient, and backed by great service, but Shab and Corey delivered all three. They are a great reflection of the Burger King brand and exactly the kind of employees who deserve recognition.

“I used to go to the McDonald’s in Newton, but because of Yiselle, I now come to the McDonald’s in Needham on Chestnut Street and it’s absolutely worth it. Yiselle truly personalizes my experience every single time. She greets me by name, knows my order, and makes it perfectly each visit. She goes far beyond just doing a job. Food was brought to the table promptly and was correct. 2 ordering kiosks available, with a mobile order pickup shelf awkwardly between them. “Dress code is extremely strict - if anyone arrives in a cheap suit that you purchased for under $10k, they won't even let you get anywhere near the entrance, so please do yourself a favor by avoiding the inevitable humiliation and going to a less exclusive place. The atmosphere, ambiance, elaborate and extravagant design of the place, is utterly extraordinary and otherworldly - the overall experience is amazing, uncomparable to any other place in the world - no human language that I'm aware of has words that could come close to properly describing it. Nobody around knows any of the staff. It's bizarre. It has been theorized that this place is supernatural in some way. Lots of theories. Who knows. Maybe it's an interdimensional portal of some sort. Maybe a portal into the afterlife, heaven, hell, who knows. Something feels otherworldly when you're inside. Nobody wants to go too often, because everyone feels strange after leaving, drained, like you've been somewhere humans aren't really meant to go. I don't plan on ever going back myself, I fear the unknown and I've probably said way too much already so I better shut up. Nowadays I avoid driving near that location. I'm not the only one either.“

“I came to the Waltham 5 Guys on a late Tuesday night around 8 PM with a serious problem. I am a salesman in the area and because of an accident yesterday I was stranded with some of my belongings 15 minutes before I had to meet with a client. After allowing some employees to search my belongings so that they could determine I was telling the truth, they let me temporarily leave my belongings at their establishment. It was the difference between making money and not making money. There seems to be ample parking for eating in but I've only been inside once when the drive thru line was very long and it turned out to be faster picking up the order inside.
