The broth wasn’t just hot water with flavoring; it was alive, layered, rich, and clearly the result of someone who’s been perfecting this recipe for years. The steak was thin and tender, and it cooked perfectly right there in the bowl.

Here’s where things got wild: the fresh chili pepper on the table. I added about a half teaspoon, and it changed the whole dish. It opened up the flavor like flipping a switch, sweet, spicy, aromatic, every bite after that hit differently. It was one of those meals where you slow down just to make it last longer.
