“I go to Moe’s usually twice a week, and the food is Always great, service friendly and efficient!!! Today was my 12th visit, and the first time I had a problem, when I gave the cashier my $2 off coupon code, he didn’t ring it correctly, only deducted $1off my total, highlighted the code, brought the slip in another room and never said anything. I left the line, looked at my receipt and saw he only gave me $1 off instead of $2, and went back to ask the man why and he first said it was rang correctly, then said it came up as an INVALID code, but was worth $1discount, and Lastly said some people use codes repeatedly, basically treating me like a criminal. I was very upset by this treatment and hope no one else gets treated this way, by this worker. I do plan on speaking with the store manager, Hopefully, it’s Not this worker.“

“Came to this location right after church on Sunday June 7th at around noon. We had two gentlemen helping our party. A young man with dreads and another man that rang us up. Wow!! They were both so pleasant! I had questions about some of the protein and they answered with no hesitation. The portions were great and they gave me the bowl exactly how I asked. I feel like I was a bit annoying because I like very little rice and beans but they did it perfectly and even asked "is this okay?". These two men made our experience at this location very enjoyable. I wish they could be the face of all fast food chains. Thank you for the great food and service!
Oh and a huge bonus for having Pibb Extra as an option for a fountain drink. I can't find it anywhere else. My favorite!“

“Seterino and his family run this place like a military operation, except you feel love from the moment you enter. The facility is perfectly clean, there are smiles on every face, the food is delicious, and they are carefully considering a military discount.
