“The regular menu is a step or two above tavern fare, the dinner specials are well above that. It can be a bit noisy when crowded, and we're not talking tablecloths and such.

“I ordered a large number of donuts from here for my wedding dessert. I walked in one day to order and the counter staff was so nice, and I thought that would be it. Then, the owner exceeded my expectations by calling me to talk through the order and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. He even discussed ways he could modify some of the donuts to make sure I got my money worth in ingredients while allowing them to be hung on a donut peg board. Pick up was seamless and the owner even texted me after the wedding to see how the donuts were. Besides the customer service, people LOVED the donuts and they couldn’t have been more of a hit. “I have been a frequent visitor to my local gourmet in Hudson. Ever since my first visit I have been hooked. Their flavored iced coffee is the best I have ever had. The staff are always super helpful and pleasant. I even have out of town family members eager to visit when they come to town.“
