“Good food but the menu could be better.“
“I hired Tastefully Done for an employee event and everything was wonderful from start to finish. They offered a great selection of menu items and were able to accommodate all of my requests. The food arrived right on time, and everyone raved about how delicious it was!
We ordered the Italian Feast — the chicken parm was the clear favorite, with the meatballs a close second and the lasagna not far behind. Even with plenty of cookies and brownies for dessert, people were still fighting over the leftovers to take home.
The next day, they came back to pick up all the warming setups, making the whole process seamless. Tastefully Done was truly a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them for any event — or even just for lunch if you want a great meal!“

“Decided to walk through Allston on a grody, misty afternoon and look for some food. Walked in by chance and at my SO’s insistence that we give it a look. I loved everything about the aesthetic, and enjoyed the soft music playing in the background. Being able to choose the ingredients I wanted - knowing they were organic and that they looked more than delicious raw...that was the absolute best part. The gentleman at the front was supremely helpful and answered any question thrown at him - by anyone in the shop. The price was more than worth the amount of food received, and the care extended to us as guests was wonderful. I absolutely would recommend anyone to give this a try. Don’t hesitate to ask a question, you will definitely get an answer. :)“

“This place has the best chocolate chip cookies in Boston to me. Even better than Levain’s in my opinion. When I lived in Nashua I used to get a dozen and bring them back home on occasion. That’s how good they are. I found out about them on Tik Tok and that’s why I came. I actually didn’t try anything else. Maybe I will go and try their other food. 5 stars though for the chocolate chip cookies.“

“Our group of 6 had a fun time celebrating a special occasion at Capital Grille while also enjoying The Generous Pour! The restaurant was very nice. Spacious, sophisticated, and an upscale atmosphere.
A special thank you goes to our server, Bruno, who was absolutely amazing. He made us feel so welcome right from the start and attended to our table frequently throughout the evening to make sure we were having a great time. He was also very funny and conversational which added to the positive experience. Please send our best regards to Bruno for his exceptional hospitality!
The food was sooo good. We started with a variety of appetizers, including the calamari and oysters, which were delicious. For my main course, I had the steak au poivre medium-rare, and it was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious.
For sides, we shared the asparagus, truffle fries, and the lobster mac and cheese which was the best mac and cheese any of us have ever had! And I don’t even like lobster!
Overall, we had a great evening and cannot wait to return. Thank you!“

“First visit today, although we live somewhat in the neighborhood and I am already kicking myself for not having got here sooner. Red tabbouleh spicing was very punchy and vivid. Allspice in the stuffed grape leaves make them worth coming back for, not something I think I've ever said about stuffed grape leaves before. Most unforgettable was the red lentil soup with its soft rich velvety texture over two or three layers of different delicious flavors. Great first impression, can't wait to go back, solid A leaning toward A+.“

“I've been to Cafe Mangal four times for lunch over the past year, and every visit has been an outstanding experience. The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and healthy, but what truly sets this place apart is the warm, welcoming atmosphere that the owner, Mehmet, creates for me.
Each time I've visited, Mehmet has personally come to our table to greet me and my friends or family, often bringing us a new appetizer or dessert to try. His genuine hospitality and attention to detail make every meal feel special.
Every visit has been filled with great food, laughter, and friendly conversation, and I always leave with a smile. I highly recommend Cafe Mangal to anyone looking for exceptional food and an even more exceptional dining experience.“

“I LOVE cafe Yafa. it doesn't matter who is working the cafe that day. whenever I come in, I know I'm going to be taken care of. the coffee is amazing. the food is amazing. There is wonderful food throughout the menu. if you like Mediterranean food or middle eastern food, you will love it here. for beverages, my family loves the turkish coffee, Chai latte, and vanilla espresso. for food our favorites are the haloumi sandwich, shawarma, and shakshouka, which are all amazing“

“Would give them six stars if I could. Jim’s is one of my favorite establishments around. They have it all—great food, enormous portions, and the best people. The prices are average for this area but are a good deal for the amount of food they give you. Places like Jim’s that are no-frills and untrendy (not a bad thing) are getting rarer and rarer these days. They don’t need fancy gimmicks or artsy decorations because the food speaks for itself.“

“We made reservations online for the Omaska. It was $300 which broke down to $120 per person with tip and tax. The tables were perfectly space out. They gave us a 2 hour limit which was enough time for the 12 course Omaska. Presentation on everything was amazing. Each course was fresh and delicious in their own way. It was hard to hear the man over his mask so I couldn't get any names. We had uni, tuna belly, scallops, and more. All the Courses were small but packed with favor. You can take there was attention to detail in the ingredients and presentation. Definitely, worth the money was a special event like a birthday. Would definitely come back“

“Holy moly! Rainy first night in Boston staying up the way at the Commonwealth we visited the Kenmore. Nathan took great care of us. Solid pour at the bar. Can I say enough about the K Burger? Likely not other than the first bite blows your mind. Quality over everything else. Great spot, will be back tonight and tomorrow night looking for Sturgill Simpson fans.“

“I love StockYard. We haven't been in a long time as we moved faraway. Now, after 10 years we came back and it was like we never stopped coming to eat here. The food was super delicious. The NY Sirloin, and the tenderness of the Fille Minog was extraordinary. Outstanding customer service. The drinks were superb. “I crave this place often. It’s so nice being able to choose whatever veggies, sauces, and other toppings you want. They have tofu and edemame for protein. Just a good spot when you’re craving some noodles and want something with nutrients. Always yummy never had a bad noodle bowl! A go-to lunch or dinner take-out spot! “Cake order review only: easy to inquire about a cake online. Easy payment once we discussed the vision of the cake. And easy pickup. BEAUTIFUL CAKE. The cake was $90 for a heart shaped 2 layer cake with vintage piping, vegan vanilla with vegan vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam filling. I didn’t get the filling but was refunded immediately and the person handling the situation was so nice. I had asked why the darker icing tasted to chemically and they informed that the more they use the dye the more it tastes like it. So I would just skip that completely. Get the lighter frostings. Because like I said these are beautiful cakes and the cake itself is a good texture and flavor as a vegan cake.“
