“I work in the building and I often have lunch here. The food is always prepared fresh and fast and generally is delicious. The prices do seem to be climbing but with the cost of supplies getting higher it is expected. No chip/drink combos available and getting all 3 will cost you around $15“

“Corner Cafe & Bakery is an Asian bakery located in the heart of Chinatown.

The staff are friendly, though there is little interaction with them as it is a pick your own, as most Asian bakeries are. there is a $10 minimum to use a credit card, but getting a decent amount of pastries will hit this easily.

The pastries are pretty average to other Asian bakeries in the area. The Pineapple bun is good, and they offer multiple options like roll cakes, hot dog bao, and more.“

“I was back in Adams Village today (my old neighborhood) and as I crossed Gallivan Blvd, my 4 year old said “mummy!!!!!!! look at the smiley faced balloons!!!” I pulled over and asked the woman at the register if she would be willing to sell me one of the balloons with my coffee order. “The cafe sits on Charles St. in a beautiful part of the city. It’s very busy and super small inside. If there’s no available table (you seat yourself), they put your meal in a box… no matter what you order. I ordered a dish that had scrambled eggs, goat cheese, tomatoes, toast. It was absolutely delicious but wasn’t really a to-go type meal. Luckily I found a table on the patio to enjoy my meal. It was right next to a ton of trash cans and the birds were everywhere. It didn’t smell but it was unsightly. I would definitely eat here again, but I might try one of their other several locations to see if the atmosphere is different. It’s hectic and you kind of feel in the way with this one. The coffee is great and the staff was nice.“

“I recently discovered Brewed Awakenings, and I am hooked! I visited the Cranston location. The staff was so friendly. The cafe was spotless, and Paul, the manager, is so warm, welcoming, has a stellar personality, and completely makes my morning. It's been tricky trying to find a solid cup of iced coffee that has all of the bells and whistles. I shared with Paul my favorite flavors, and he immediately whipped up the perfect cold concoction. It was my first time trying coldfoam! It is by far the best iced coffee I have ever had. Pictured is brewed Smores iced coffee with Oreo cold foam, crushed oreo cookies, and a smidgen of chocolate syrup. 10/10 recommend. I'm already looking forward to my morning cup.“

Parking was a little rough and this one doesn’t have the abundance of floor to ceiling windows that some of the others do but I loved the industrial vibe and all of the windows into the giant kitchen where you could see all of the pastry being made. A nice display, though not as good as the one at assembly Square, but lots of space and different kinds of seating.“
