Kiel, my son, went to pick them up and the order was not there, they were given to someone else by mistake and only one cinnamon roll was left in the shop. Elena called me, she not only rectified the situation she went above and beyond. After having a Birthday dinner for her son she not only baked us our cinnamon roll order but she threw a few extra surprises in the bag! And did I mention that she delivered them to my door!! “The banh mi are all very testy with crispy airy bread and lots filling. I've had them both spicy and not spicy, def go with spicy they just have sliced jalapenos in them but don't nuke your taste buds. I've had noodle soup dishes and vermicelli dishes from here as well and all taste very authentic and delicious. some ppl said this place lacks customer service, I personally think it adds to the restaurant IMO all the experiences I've had in places around Asia its always more about the food than customer service. “Big Thumbs Up!! First time trying Achan and very impressed. Live in Weymouth Landing and did delivery after getting menu in mail. Prices recently went up but that is the case with inflation now. The website shows the new prices. I had to try the Tom Yum Fried Rice. Great flavor, lime wedge and hot chili paste served in the corner of cotainer so you can customize to your liking. 10 for me. Wife got the Mango Fried Rice and she gives it an 8. Friend got the Hot Basil Chicken and a side of rice because it comes ala carte, ate it all! 10 as well. We all agreed everything was fresh and most importantly clean oil taste which is hard to find. We also tried the crab rangoon and done a little different as they are like small shaped flowers, very crispy and tasty!“

I am pescatarian and not a fan of their meals that contain eggs for some reason (I usually like eggs but not when cooked a certain way), but so far their foods that don't contain eggs are all good to me. I like their spicy basil sauce. My favorite meal is their spicy eggplant. If you have tried one meal and didn't like it, I do recommend you give them a second chance. The place is very relaxing, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. They have a big menu and I am going to try more of their foods.“

“I work at South shore hospital so it’s very convenient to order from CeCe’s but not only is it convenient it’s delicious and THE BEST customer service. “They lost a customer!! We ordered take out 2 weeks ago on Friday night, Caesar salad with chicken, chicken Alfredo, and chicken broccoli Alfredo. We picked up the food within 30 minutes, the time we were quoted when picking up and live about 10 minutes away, let just say it was one of the worst take out meals we have had. Immediately after we started eating I called and spoke to the manager, the salad was watery and croutons were mushy, the chicken Alfredo was cold, the Parmesan wasn't melted! The food tasted like it a day old and microwaved! The manager took all my info and stated she would call me back after dinner service, never heard from her. Saturday I called back after not hearing, the same manager answered apologizing it was late when she finished dinner service but the owner was out of town and would call me back during the week, ok no problem. Late Monday I get a voicemail from the owners wife, working in customer service I was appalled by the voicemail. She stated that croutons do get soggy if you don't eat the salad right away and to order the dressing on the side next time. And that Alfredo just separates if you don't eat right away, suggesting I don't let it sit to room temperature before serving. I immediately called her back and explained I picked up the order and called within 40 minutes of placing the order, she stated that wasn't explained to me. She continued to tell me, speaking to someone in the background I have never heard this many complaints before. She proceeded to ask me what I wanted her to do about it, she stated she needed to talk to her husband because they don't just refund someone because they complain... I proceeded to tell her I had pictures if she was interested. I texted her the pictures and she told me she had to speak to her husband and would call me back... over a week later no call back...“

“The place is cozy, plus the customer service is beyond satisfactory. The server did everything over perfection to respond to each individual needs of my team.
The food is served hot, freshly out of the oven, it seems like. But again, our server warned us of the food temperature and asked us to be careful. Obviously, everything was succulent. I also have to mention that they are very generous. The amount of food served per plate is enough for 2 servings. You get served enough amount to be full or take some home.
