“On the way to a vacation in Cape Cod, we stopped at a different location of this restaurant for lobster rolls. On the way back, we stopped at their Ludlow rest-stop location on the Mass Pike. Although I love their lobster roll, I decided to try something different. I ordered the tuna sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, and hot pepper relish. I also took advantage of the offer of adding chips and a bottled soft drink for a very reasonable upcharge. The tuna salad was made using white albacore tuna and, with the fresh toppings, it was delicious. The roll was also a step up from the normal sub roll. As a final note, the service was excellent.“

“I was already craving Jersey Mikes the other day but then saw a post last night of the owner supporting his employee that was celebrating 1 year sobriety and donating to the cause. I happened to be in Longmeadow for my sons practice the same night I saw it… and although not the day some proceeds will go to the cause, I must say, it was the click that said “get jersey mikes tonight” ? I just find that to be so wholesome and empathetic of the owner to recognize his employee for this accomplishment and be publicly vocal & proud about it. The employees have always been top notch for a “fast food” joint. I’ve always been impressed by the friendliness. I think this store is really well run by what I’ve seen and I obviously love love love the food! Just earned enough points for a free sub, so I will be back again soon. ?“

“They're always nice when we go there. We're in there a lot so it's always a great time catching up with them.

Parking: It's in a gas station so there's parking, it just depends on the time of day. It is a prime spot for the mini school busses so you'll always see them during school hours. Just be prepared to park weird or wait for some of them to leave.“

“The young man working Saturday March 16,2024 needs a raise!! He was helping another co-worker that seemed to have a hard time understanding English, all while getting yelled at by 2 very rude women. They were just straight mean, saying "I knew you were going to screw it up!"---etc. I told him how sorry I was that he had to deal with that, it wasn't acceptable! He said "I just chalk it up them having a bad day!" GOOD FOR YOU DUDE, you have such a good attitude, his service was great and this kid is going places!! “My Sub was Pretty Good... The sweet onion Teriyaki Chicken is very tasty, just could use a little more meat in proportion to the amount of bread that is given... Love all the vegetables on the Sub... Very Tasty😍😋. It's like having a salad in my Sub 😍😋.“

Parking: Very easy and well lit parking. Easy exit onto side street if you don't want to go back on Sumner Ave.“

“Had an excellent meal at this store!! Dolly was super friendly and served a solid sandwich quickly despite having line out the door. Parking is sometimes tough, but they have a parking lot across the street and sometimes you get lucky with off-street parking! Honestly prefer ordering ahead and picking up on way to work. Can't wait til next time!!“
