“Good burgers! I ordered the avocado burger with fries and it hit the spot. Not a ton of space inside and they don't take reservations less than 6 as a FYI. We came on a Friday night and walked around Downtown after putting our names on the wait list. Friendly staff and overall good experience!“

“Visited today and I had a great experience with the staff here. I ordered a whopper from the app and it was on a special deal. I didn't specify regular Whopper and I was given a impossible Whopper.I went back after taking one bite and I was given the correct sandwich and it was offered with cheese which is usually more money and I was given a free French fry. The sandwich was hot and delicious and the fries were amazing ? I would definitely recommend this location and the staff who were just amazing and helpful. “Today was our last day in Boston during our four day outing and we were looking for a place to end off our trip with a bang. Did not disappoint!!! The layout and vide of the restaurant is beautiful, perfect for a date night or night out with any loved ones. Our waitress, Shivahni, was amazing! She was very nice and super attentive. For appetizers, we got the cornbread and their croquettes. Both were tasty and had their unique flavors. For entree, both my mother and sister got the mushroom risotto, my father got the scallops, and i got the panini. This has to be one of the best french dip panini's out there. 100% would recommend!!! I wish they had this exact place back in Miami! When we come back, we are totally coming back here :)“

“We found this place near our hotel after a long travel day & were so happy the kitchen is open late. We lucked out! The food was delicious, not fancy or pretending to be more than it is, just solidly well prepared, priced, and presented. Staff were friendly and helpful with beer suggestions and tastings...a nice neighborhood vibe. We ended up going back a second time during our stay and had just as yummy a meal.“

“This is an amazing place to go eat. Though it is very good it’s also quite expensive. Just be ready to spend a pretty penny. The service is great, they are all very nice here. The food is spectacular and the milkshakes are delicious! It’s not huge so on busy days they can be kind of hard to get in to. I do recommend visiting here for lunch.“

I coordinated renting the front portion of the bar with Gwen to throw him a surprise party, and it went off without a hitch! “We were in town from Jersey for a volleyball tournament. The General Manager, Mike, was so nice and accommodated our party of 34. We had an outstanding server, Maya, who was so sweet! “TESSIES bar & kitchen is freaking great. I didn't do Tessie's kitchen (but I did hear they have the 2nd best burger(not sure what the scale is or how many restaurants are in the running but it seems true and still awesome)). I had a few guinesses which put me offf my rocker and the bartender named JAMIE was super nice and sociable and talkative and respectful. She deserves a raise and a half. Next time I will try the burger and not just get washed off guinesses“

“I went here like 10 years ago, then happen to revisit it tonight. All i can say is EXCELLENT all around: meal, service, atmosphere. I had the eggplant parm w spaghetti. And a bowl of minestrone soup...very tastey, not salty. The staff should be applauded and recognized for their friendly personalities and hard work!! Its a quaint atmosphere too. They also honor luncheon menu during dinner. Nobody does that in the industry.:^)Definitely coming back more often. Great Italian restaurant!!!“

“Prices increases a little but quality of the food is still good. I always get their Clam strip dinner which comes with only fries. Wish they offered Cole slaw with it if you're charging $22-$23 for the dinner portion . Cheeseburger cooked fresh from the grill. Onions minced up like McDonald's. I believe their lobster rolls are $22 now? Not bad . Great customer service and clean environment after renovations. Overall, like many places, prices slightly have gone up but portion size the same . A little sad soft serve ice cream is double the price now lol $4.50 for soft serve on a cone . Time has changed .“

“This is the go to spot when my coworkers and I get out of work. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel like family. They'll always call you by name. Susan and John are very personable bartenders. When serving someone new, John will always say "My name's John, let me know if you need something". Food wise, I've only gotten the wings, and they're pretty good, perfectly crispy. My coworker raves about their taco salad. Overall, a great place to let loose and enjoy yourself after work.Kid-friendliness: Kids are definitely welcome, but it is a more adult oriented environment. There is a corner dining section away from the bar, which is more appropriate for children when it comes to seating.“

“When in Boston, we always go to Joe's Waterfront. This year we missed going and decided to go to Joe's on Newbury. Perfect way to end our trip. Started with French onion soup and Clam chowder. Both were amazing. Our main dishes, baby back ribs and Roasted chicken pot pie were delicious. I'm always happy when I can get my wife in and out with ease in a wheelchair. Entrance was easy to get in. Seating was no problem. The second floor is accessible with a lift. The owner should be proud of the staff.“

The menu is vast and has everything from salads to burgers to sandwiches and even breakfast. Our party opted for a reuben sandwich, a burger, a Cobb salad, and an Asian chicken salad. The wedge fries (wish they had been shoestring) were over-fried and a little burnt, and the oil must not have been shaken off well enough because the salad on top became pretty greasy. Overall though, it had good flavor and its comparable quality to basic bar food. I would bring people here after a party or for a late night dinner, but nothing special to rave about. “Best burger in Boston hands down! Whenever I am craving a giant, the size of my face, mouth watering burger, it has to be a burger from Lee's burgers! This location is not that big but it has a few tables and stools to dine in. It's an order at the counter and if you dine in they bring you your food to the table. My bf and I were craving juicy burgers so we drove up to Lee's. It was busy Saturday night, they had a lot of pick up and orders to go but we found a table to sit and dine in. I ordered the usual which is the two patty Lee's burger and my bf got their other signature burger. The fries came out first and they were perfect! They were super crispy and thick just how I like them. Our burgers came out next and they came out nice and hot! My Lee's burger was neatly wrapped up to keep it together because it was fully loaded! My burger was packed with bacon,peppers, grilled onions, fried egg and french fries and it was amazing! It was challenging to keep it together as I enjoyed every bite but I managed to devour it just fine. It really hit the spot!“

“wish i could give 10 stars. first time at this location and i ordered on the tablets (along with 6 OTHER people putting orders in) and only waited exactly 7 minutes for my food (two burgers two fries 2 shakes) And everyone picking up mobile orders and walk-in orders were handled in a EXTREMELY time-responsive manner. the person manning the pickup window/counter was checking everyones name on their order and receipt. making sure the right items were inside their bags. the kitchen staff had absolutely no orders to make and they chatted for roughly 30 seconds before cleaning their stations and prepping for future orders. (everyones gotta take a quick breather now and then lol) some customers werent even out the building yet before their table was getting wiped. music is loud enough to hear, quiet enought to eat.“

Not fancy, an old-school hole in the wall, just quick and good. Limited seating, easy parking in front (small strip mall). Used to work nearby, and this was a regular for lunch. Stopped by recently and it's still the same.“

“Have eaten in and ordered out multiple times and have never been disappointed. Rarely have I gone in and found seats were empty. It is a close by spot to Tufts so there are often students eating in and enjoying their day. There is plenty of space inside as well as outdoor seating for bright summery days. Staff is helpful and friendly and appear to be working as a cohesive unit despite how busy it can get. I've tried out several of their breakfast foods and you cannot go wrong with what you pick. My favorite is their Nutella french toast which is a sugary delectable delight that you will not regret if you have a sweet tooth.“

“While at the feast this morning, staff were prepping their outdoor table when my elderly mom and I were being harassed by a stranger. Staff quickly ushered us inside despite them being closed to the public today, then offered us free coffee (which was great by the way!) and we waited safely there until the coast was totally clear. They were so kind to my mom and I and it showed me that they value everyone’s safety which is so important especially in food service. We truly appreciate it are now happy new fans of Mangia Mangia, we can’t wait to return for a full meal!!“
