“Had a really nice experience here. I purchased the strawberry and Oreo shaved snow. Both were excellent.

My party also had a few children with us who weren’t the easiest to tame. At one point, a kid dropped all of our water cups. They offered to come and replace all of them. Even though we declined, the thought was very nice. Additionally, a kid dropped some of the dessert on the floor. They were very kind and treated us well.

“love visiting the Jamaica Plain store! Since the weather has been getting warmer, I've gone a few times this month and have to say the staff is amazing. They are very warm, friendly, patient, and have great insight on all the flavors and products. Because of them I found my favorite Fomu flavor. It was Rose Lavender but I was introduced to Lemon Meringue, tart lemon ice cream (coconut base), with graham cracker crust and yummy vegan marshmallow! It was so tasty I went back a second (and third) time to buy a point. Don't miss this flavor and the wonderful staff (surprisingly calm and chill even under pandemic pressure). Can't wait to see what next month's flavors are!“

“I have been hooked on Richie's Italian Ice. 10oz..with these great flavors cherry, watermelon, strawberry, lemon lime, raspberry, orange cream, root beer. Sour apple.. Etc. I found them at Raynham Market Basket 4 for $5. Only trouble the flavor are limited. So I run to other all market basket stores around to find different flavors.. the Product is Super hit this season and I bet it will go fast this summer.. They have great flavors too!!

4stars because They are pricey. $3.08 a macaroon for if you buy a box of 12 macaroons for $37.
I wouldnt mind if the macaroons were larger though.

“This feeling. It is like finding a lost love stolen away from you without notice, without reason, and without closure. I had a favorite mochi donut place. Religiously visited every chance I got. Knew the owner. Knew the staff. Knew the consistency of flavors. When she disappeared and closed her shops without any posted information, it was a rough adjustment. How do I date this addiction to amazing mochi donuts? Well, I didn’t. I was the lost traveler searching for the parallel potent rush that never sufficed. One shop after the other, it was another disappointing visit. Another waste of disposable income.

I’ve walked by this bakery so many times but never took the time to see their offerings. Today, I decided to take a look when the other spot I had originally wanted to visit for something completely different was unexpectedly closed for the day. Perhaps, it was fate. It was meant to be that a wanderer end his long days of being lost.

I found a mochi donut that was similar to the long-lost love. It was just right. Not too sweet with the perfect texture. Sitting outside in the warm sun before the cold creeps back in savoring each perfect bite made me whole again.

“The mochi ice cream was good and the flavors were nice, but it was around 7.50 per small kiddie cup. The price definitely wasn’t insanity, but I feel like maybe you could get better mochi ice cream elsewhere in the area. It was still really solid though and I would go back.“

“Terrific small Chinese dessert shop serving up classic Taiwanese styles shaved ice with coconut milk, beans and root based toppings. Boba teas and other options also available. They take credit cards (Visa, MC, AMEX) but need a $10 minimum.“

“Wow! I’m not usually a big fan of cannoli (they’re usually stale and bland tasting), but the pistachio cannoli I got here was INCREDIBLE! Made fresh, creamy and just the right amount of sweet, crunchy pastry around it, perfectly encrusted with pistachio. I loved it!“

“After watching a movie at the nearby AMC, I came here with the cool autumn breeze. The storefront was under renovation, but it was still open. The decor suggested a rather old-fashioned ice cream shop.

Taro: A bit of a surprise. For an American/Italian ice cream shop, the most highly rated flavor online was taro, but after one bite, I felt it truly deserved its reputation. The ice cream was smooth and delicate, with a naturally rich taro flavor, and not too sweet.

Matcha: A very standard matcha flavor from an American ice cream shop. Not too sweet, the matcha flavor was pure, but nothing particularly special. A safe choice for Chinese palates.

Coconut Thai Tea: First time trying this, and quite an interesting flavor. The sweetness of coconut milk is the top note, followed by the bitter aroma of Thai milk tea.

Bourbon Maple Pecan: The initial taste was the sweetness of maple syrup, followed by the nutty and slightly salty aroma of pecans. It's quite good, but a little on the sweet side.“

“Got a box of 12 macarons and they were so good, every single one. Fresh, delicate, perfectly airy with a nice little crackle when you bite in. The lavender was beautifully floral (not soapy at all, which lavender desserts can sometimes be), and the Madagascar vanilla was rich and fragrant, you can tell it's made with real ingredients. Also tried their new seasonal flavor and it was such a fun surprise, honestly worth ordering just for that. You can tell these are handcrafted with care. Total taste of Paris in Cambridge. “I really enjoyed my dessert here. I think it makes more sense to go with a group and share, because the items are large and $$.. Everything I saw was a fair price for the size. I had a taro ice bowl. I didn't love the shave ice first try, but i froze it and ate it later and it held up. I thought it could have been a bit sweeter, but im also american and I know I probably like things sweeter than most. Service wasn't super fast, but not crazy slow.“

That said, the experience can be a little inconsistent. During busy hours, wait times get long, and delivery can sometimes show up colder than expected. Prices are on the higher side as well, especially if you’re ordering multiple items or adding ice cream.
