“The barmaid was our server upstairs. She complained that we were sent upstairs before she was ready. It was Sunday around 1230 pm. It took forever to be waited on for food. The 1/2lb hot buttered lobster rolls were fantastic but the lobster was ice cold which was strange. Mine was very wet.“

“Great spot.....service is second to none .....from the moment you walk in the door Ron the host does his best to seat you. He's a class act for sure. Sat at the bar with wife, bartender was courteous and efficient....had saki and beer but I saw him make some nice looking drinks. Sushi and appetizers are very fresh and wonderfully prepared. We ordered octopus ceviche and tuna poke for apps and couple specialty rolls .....highly recommend if you are looking for quality sushi which is hard to find.“

It's a bit pricy but good. We were a bit disappointed that the protein add cost to the drunken noodle makes it very expensive and more than it is worth. It might have received PR-magazine accolades but when steak was added it was over 35+$$$. Sorry but just too much for what it is. A small bowl of noodles. The fresh rolls were amazing. The flat bread is just ok... $24 for half a pizza. We've eaten all over the world so we are a good judge of both food quality and value. We are also willing to pay more for experience views ambiance but this just really doesn't add up.“

“This is a standard brewpub with several tv screens all around to watch the ongoing matches (including golf). We went on a Friday night in mid-April (early in the tourist season) and were pleasantly surprised to not only see this place open but almost packed! For reference, most restaurants on the island and in oak bluffs are closed at that time. Surprisingly, there was no music or sports commentary being played inside the tavern. Despite that the place was buzzing with chatter and didn't feel quiet/boring at all. The staff, including the host and our server were friendly and warm. The server offered to get beer tasters when I was pondering over my choice of beer. I'll give a thumbs up to both the IPA and the brick red beer on tap. To eat, we opted for the beer battered fish & chips and the fish sandwich. Portion size is on the larger side and taste wise, the food is decent. They are quite generous with the sauces & dips. The location of this tavern is fantastic; it overlooks the East Chop Lighthouse and beach and is a couple minutes away from both the oak bluffs ferry station and the oak bluffs bus stop.“

“I have been going to this fish market for years Today it was like a summer day so I ordered a clam roll to go sit at the beach I was walking around waiting for it to be fried when I spotted some escargots in the freezer. I bought them and one of the girls working there wanted to know if I liked them Can I tell you, I will be picking them up a lot Only 14.99 for 12!! Sure beats restaurant prices I cooked them in my toaster over right in the aluminum plate at 450 for 10 minutes I had a pretty plate with olives and crackers and cheese and a glass of wine and it was like bring in a $$$ restaurant here on the Cape Lovely find!!! “So Laura and I stopped here last night after missing our ferry off the great island of Martha's Vineyard. It was a pleasant surprise as we both ordered a Caesar's Salad wrap with grilled chicken. Simply put it was the best Caesar's salad wrap I've ever had. We ordered the same exact wrap and they were very hearty wraps either a good proportion of lettuce and chicken. Lots of tasty grilled chicken and expertly wrapped. No spillage and quite satisfying. They have an adjacent bakery where they sell all kinds tasty looking sweets and also ice cream. Laura picked up a fresh French bread for our brunch today. Based on our impromptu visit last night I would recommend this great cafe. Salud!“

Not only do they have fresh "surf" catches (best swordfish and cod I've ever had) and sumptuous take-out selections, there are fine cuts of premium beef for those with a preference for "turf". “Amazing, historic, locally-owned Mattapoisett hot spot serving amazing seafood and sushi. Legit, city-level quality with friendly and local staff. It is a must-do experience but be prepared to wait - it is definitely worth it. They have an excellent take out operation as well however.“

“This is definitely a low key, comfy, family friendly place but don't let that deter you. The menu is huge ( including the beer menu), the prices are VERY reasonable and the food is great! “My husband & I recently had lunch here. We weren't expecting much but we were pleasantly surprised. I had the garden salad with steak tips. The salad was huge and very fresh. Steak tips were delicious. My husband enjoyed the Asian salad -- also huge and fresh. We both had the toasted sesame dressing which was just meh. For dessert we splurged on a piece of warm blueberry pie (recommended by the waitress) with vanilla ice cream. The pie was amazing -- lots of lemon to counteract the sweetness and interesting spices. It took a while for our food to appear, but the place was FULL so it wasn't surprising. Service was very friendly. The staff is on a first-name basis with the regulars. Prices were very reasonable. This place is not an OMG restaurant, but it's very good. We'll be back.“

“Food is excellent, pricey but good. Oysters are the best oysters in the NE. Really inventive traditional dishes from Salads to entrees.It’s tight seating though. We had a loud group near us and as the dinner progressed with more drinks profanity and their voices carried throughout the room. Not the restaurants fault but just something to keep in mind.“

“HUGE fan of The Net Result. Seafood is very fair for what you order. I had the fried whole clams and my partner had a salmon burger. Everything was fresh and super flavorful. This is the kind of place I would expect and would want to go back to every time I am in the area. Service is great and super helpful. We added Cajun fried chicken to the Mac & cheese it was wonderful! Portion size was larger than average and it was enough for two decently hungry people. Cocktails were okay. The syrup in the cocktail had spilled all over the outer walls of the glass making the glass sticky to hold and not a pleasant experience at all. Although it was early in the tourist season when we visited, the place was unusually quiet as compared to the other open restaurants around. Location is good; very close to the steamship ferry port at vineyard haven and the restaurant is sea-facing. Service was good.“

“Really so cute with the changes made by the new management/owners ! Linda Jeans is a nostalgic breakfast spot to me personally. I went on my birthday and the waffles and home fries were great. Went for dinner with my family and we ate nearly everything on our plates then I recommend me and my friends come for breakfast another time and the portions were just outstanding. Felt clean and organized with apparent care for the details.“
