“Real review of a real situation. But I’d like to mention one thing before getting into it: the half pound lobster roll was absolutely delicious. The bread, lobster quality and quantity, and flavor were all high marks. Probably the best lobster roll in the region. I’ve tried them all. Or at least most. This lobster roll is delicious. And it has a true half pound feel. That aside… I ordered takeout. Half the order was incorrect and a clam chowder was missing. It happens. This place is so fantastic, however, they wanted to go way above and beyond to rectify the situation. I’m so impressed with Sole. And very thankful we have a super solid (actually excellent) seafood place right here in the Wu tang.”

“My partner, friends, and I frequent here ALL the time. It is a wonderful place with incredible food (you HAVE to try the Build-Your-Own-Pho). Literally some of the best pho I have ever had! Filling, flavorful, and authentic. The energy is always positive, the service is kind and fast, and the amount of food you get in one bowl (whether it is take out or eat in) is SUBSTANTIAL!! The last time we were there we waited a little longer than usual for food, but it was understandable considering how busy it was, and as an apology for the wait they gave us free crab rangoon - completely unnecessary, but greatly appreciated nonetheless.

“Our family & Friends started a tradition this year by ending it and bringing in the new year with Thai food at the Thai Corner restaurant! I did RSVP a head of time, because we had 10-13 ppl joining us. This place was a comfortable atmosphere with delicious food! The staff were so friendly & pleasant with us through the whole experience. They made sure we had our drinks filled, and anything we needed at the table at all times. It’s refreshing to have a Very reliable staff. I like to try new food to taste Or just have my all time favorite Thai dish! What is great the location is close to WSC, and close enough to QCC if you’re craving some food. It’s a steady pace business with fresh food. There are plenty of tables to eat in or just order take out . The food came out hot and so fresh! Delicious!! This is definitely my new favorite place to eat or if I just want to order a ice tea! I do prefer the lavender milk tea myself ! All I have to say is try something new & different on the menu. You will not be disappointed! “Been going here since they opened in 2024. They alwyas have top notch sugar cane juices and Vietnamese iced coffee. My favorite thing about them as that they always release new drinks depending on the season which makes coming always refreshing. Go for the Eggspresso which is their take on the Vietnamese iced coffee with a custard egg yolk cream foam!”

VIA's location can easily be seen by its big golden lit up sign that can be seen at the highway. It is also on a street that is commonly known for it's restaurants in Worcester. The parking is good as long as you ate going after work hours and even if so there is street parking.

VIA's atmosphere feels authentic and modern Italian as it has dim lighting with candlelit atmosphere. This gives away to the brick and mortar style of the building which gives it more of a city Italian restaurant. The music was a bit all over the place from EDM to todays hits. Nothing vulgar but didn't set the mood properly. There was plenty of seating but understandable to have a reservation as the dining room (and outdoor 4 season porch) filled up very quickly. The booths were a bit small but can be moved for better adjustment. The bathrooms are in the kitchen walking past the fresh and housemade display of the gelato giving you a glimpse of what the kitchen is like.

The service was attentive and took care of every thing that made the experience that much better. Our server was friendly and didn't mind to have a small chat that wouldn't have impeded others experience. There was another server that went through and asked us if we needed things that our original server had already asked us. The servers were nice, respectable, and relatable.

Our drinks we had was the Old Fashioned Sweet Potato and the Raspberry Mojito. Both were good and not too strong so that the flavors came through nicely. The thing that made it a good experience for me was the asking of what bourbon I would like with my Old Fashioned. That is next level customer service without any additional cost for substitution.

The food we had was pretty good and worth going back again to try other items. We started off with the house made Ricotta with local honey. The ricotta was creamy, smooth, and easily spreadable. With a local dab of honey all on top of homemade bread toasted on one side made it perfect for a starter to the evening. The main course was pretty good also with the Chicken Parm and Chicken Piccata. The Chicken Parm had a perfect amount of sauce and cheese topping with the chicken itself being perfectly fried that the chicken was still moist. The Chicken Piccata was cooked all little to long and had a slight chew to it with the breading not being to present. The piccata sauce was not too buttery but didn't have to much lemon zest either. The sauce was good if you were able to get some from the bottom to have on the chicken. The capers and grape tomatoes are always a touch on the piccata that is needed. As for the noodles, they were fresh and tasted fantastic. For our dessert we had (of course) Tiramisu and Affagato. The Tiramisu was a good (little bit too much after dinner) portion. The lady fingers were not over soaked and the marscarpone was creamy. The coffee and rum flavors were very present throughout the dessert. As for the Affagato, 2 wonderful vanilla Gelato scoops with crumples of biscotti and with the Pirouline sticking out of the Gelato made the presentation amazing. With the espresso nice and warm and smells controlling the air around made a wonderful pour over the Gelato. The combination was nothing short of being a great affagato.

Overall, I will definitely be coming back to try other dishes and wines as VIA is what it means to have an Italian experience in the city of Worcester.”

They ask me to park, I understand why they want to as they are measured by ownership to be as speedy as possible and are timed on the checkouts at the drive-thru. But then the employees have to walk through the pooring rain asking cars randomly if this is their order (5 cars parked). I'm not mad that they screwed up my order at all. I'm mad at the incompetance of the management to put their staff in harms way to fit metrics during a freakin pandemic. “OMG!!!! SO FANTASTIC. Went For the 1st time this morning with my daughter who is gluten free. We both got gluten free waffles. Gluten free breads, pastry & breakfast staples are really hard to pull off. THESE WAFFLES WERE PERFECT. (taste & texture). The toppings so fresh... I had the "Californian" Avocado so green and ripe... yummy sauce (real name) lives up to it's name.. I added bacon.. it was thick & crumble and there was a kick of sweetness that brought all the flavors together. PERFECTION! Appreciated the friendliness of the dude that was working the counter and cooking. THANK YOU. Will definitely be back for more!!!”

“The food at Fatima's is absolutely delicious and very fresh. The owner is an amazing human being who is incredibly kind. My daughter loves a cake she makes, and Fatima was out of it on the day we were visiting the restaurant. I told the owner we would be back for cake on our next visit, when my daughter was home from college. The owner told me that there was no way my daughter was headed back to school without having her favorite cake. She made a special batch that morning, when she was not even open, in order for my daughter to enjoy it before she left. Both my daughter and I were in tears, we could not believe her incredible kindness. I hope this place succeeds greatly and is around for years to come! “I found myself in Worcester yesterday and searched for vegan food online and found Belmont Vegetarian among others listed. After seeing several pictures of dishes I decided to go! And I’m glad I did! Belmont Vegetarian (where everything is vegan) was delicious and in heaping portions. There’s a smaller (but still big) container for only $17 and change and a giant container (which I obviously got) for $19 and change. I got BBQ, mac n cheese, rice , beans, and chickpeas, and some sweet n sour steak. They also make their own delicious juice with sea moss. I got watermelon. The place is set up for takeout mostly with only 2 dining tables.Definitely worth the drive from NH!”

All in the wonderful Shawarma Palace! When I worked in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) in the 1980s, I fell in love with the orange-and-lemon-flavored shawarmas along Al Baatha Street, the central traditional thoroughfare at the time. Today, we all got to replicate those flavors at the Shawarma Palace! Hurray and hurrah!”

Waitstaff both night were there every time you finished something, polite, attentive and it was a pleasure to see quick service. Not sure when I will get to Worcester, MA again but I will definitely visit La Cuchina. As a bonus, my server was a gentle soul, Michael. “I LOVE wingstop. I’m an avid buyer, once a week. It hurts for this review. BUT I’m sick and tired of trying to call to place an order, and they don’t pick up. (Sometimes I’m driving and can’t do online) then when I get there, not only is customer service RUDE, BUT they’re on their goddamn phones while it rings. I told her I called four times she said “well it didn’t ring”. No sooner THE PHONE RANG. For me to spend almost $100 a week, that’s some terrible service. I don’t think I’ll ever go back.”

“My family and i do pizza Friday every week. We try and explore different places and their specialty pizza. We found i love Frankie’s online, we live in blackstone and decided to take the ride. It did not disappoint. We got a large buffalo chicken Mac and cheese with tater tot’s, the size of the slice and pizza was unbelievable! We got a medium traditional cheese, soooooooo good! The sauce was different, gave papa Gino’s with a homemade feel, huge fan. We also did the breakfast pizza, party for the tastebuds. Every pizza was made with love, looked amazing, tasted amazing, and well worth the money. The staff was so friendly. The woman who ran the front, such a warm smile greeting! I can’t wait to go back!”

“We visited the Olive Garden for lunch yesterday 11/15. We sat on the bar side and had the most incredible server, Stephanie! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and anticipated our every need. My husband’s beverage was low and she automatically brought a fresh refill. She was right there when our soup and pasta were near finished. I saw her doing this with each table she served. It was refreshing to have a great meal and a perfect server. We left with full stomachs and big smiles. We will definitely be back. Kudos to Stephanie for her great personality and attention to detail.”

“OMG! We just left a love fest of service and food! We loved the staff and chef, each so warm and accommodating! And it’s hard to know where to start with the food! The crème brûlée french toast was incredible, the bacon, smoky, and my chai was silky and had a perfect combo of spices. I had a spinach pie with a flaky pastry top, and others ordered a Brazilian couscous dish, a humongous omelete and a yummy veggie combo. Oh, and the smoothies? One Soursop and a mixed berry. On and on, but all to say we were very happy❣️”

The last time I was there I got six items and I believe it was about 45 or $50. So yeah that's a little costly but it is delicious and it is a great place”
