I asked for extra lettuce and they said I need to pay for it…
I have been coming here since this establishment opened its doors the very first time, not only do I always waste $60 here but the portion will always be a kids meal plate. To top it off me and the family got our food with the wrong ingredients! This chipotle and its crew is a full on joke in Worcester and will more than likely never get the orders right for as long as they don’t care too. I hate writing bad reviews, but every time I come to this Chipotle I have a terrible experience. The place always looks miserable, everybody is looking at the ground, there’s barely any interaction, and it just makes me feel unwelcome.
