“I visited the WRTA Central Hub in 2022 and had a positive experience. The hub is incredibly convenient, allowing you to reach almost any corner of Worcester City using their buses. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the experience even better.
Bus information is readily available on their website, which is very user-friendly. They also provide a map that is easy to read, making navigation simple and stress-free.
Overall, the WRTA Central Hub is a great resource for getting around Worcester City efficiently and comfortably.“
“I have been to many many many Dunkin’s throughout my life. And this one hands down has the fastest smoothest service ever. It’s so fast that no matter the rush hour I have to make sure I’m ready because I’m not trying to mess up their flow lol I love it here. It’s my FIRST go to Dunkin’s in my way to work. They have never messed up my order which is so rare. Management is everything. The lady who takes the drive through orders is so respectful and kind and I’m pretty sure it’s her that makes sure everything is running smooth. Thank you for making my mornings so much easier.“
“I love coming to this Dunkin. I just have a problem with one employee who's name is maria. She is very unpleasant. She asked my husband to tip her, then became upset when he said it's optional. Sense then he never went back. When I come through the drive through she sighs and says yup when I say my order. I have no problem with anyone else. Other employees are all pleasant and fast.“
“During the academic year (August to May) this is a very crowded place, but the number of staff expands or contracts according to historical need. Other reviewers have noted the frightening level of efficiency here and it is very true. You'll get your order rapidly even if the place is very crowded. At WPI classes end at 10 minutes before the hour, so the best practice is to visit the place in the bottom half of the hour.“
“This Dunkin Donuts. It's pretty good. The only thing I do not like is the watery coffee but everything else it's amazing, especially one worker. He is amazing. His name is Carlos and very awesome person and he always will be honest with the customer. Love everything they sell here because it's nice and fresh“
“We went inside to order. The store was very nice. The girl who took my order was polite and we were quickly served.
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot has handicapped parking. The doors will open automatically for handicapped individuals.“
“This was in Conway. you could only wish to have a Dunkin like this one. The person in the window was an older man, big smile on this face, very cheery and happy. His attitude seemed almost infectious so you went away with almost the same feelings. Your order was done right and you were on your way.“
“One of the best DD in the area. All the employees are great! They remember your order and get it right every time, never disappointed. Depending on certain times in the morning there could be a bit of a line but they are generally fast so your not in there that long.This location is inside a gas station (always clean), has handicapped parking and also has a drive thru.“

“Gave them 9 different type of drinks. All drinks and services were great. And it's stays open late. I believe it's 24hrs as well gas station.
Parking: Gas station as well there. Was told they sell lottery tickets now.“
“The women that work here are amazing ?and do their jobs so fast, efficient, and most importantly with a smile ? ???every time I go it’s during a rush and they just breeze through the line with no mistakes and in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend this location“
“I love going to the Dunkin Donuts at 340 Grove St because of their excellent customer service, they never disappoint. I recently went to get a plain bagel and some other items. The server, Thalyco was so professional, pleasant, cheerful and me laugh. They didn't have any of the things I wanted. He apologized and offered alternatives. I ended up getting what he suggested. I'll definitely go back. Thank you.“
“Good Service. Good workers. Just be careful if you apply for employment with them. Sarah is the GM and she works from 5am to 12noon Monday thru Friday, 5am to 10am on Satruday's. And tries to not work on Sunday's and gets annoyed if she has to work on Sunday's. She is a great person though. Huge heart. I just felt and still feel salty about the way she handled certain situations. But all in all; it’s a good location to order from. They usually don’t make mistakes with your order. And if they do, they fix it. No questions asked.“
“Great coffee, good price, the shop was neat and clean. The server was fantastic, I ordered my coffee and she was the only one working, the drive up was getting crowded and she was running trying to keep everyone happy, and I thought she did great. I really liked the coffee and service.“
“Dunkin's has unfortunately hit an all time low. Service is spotty at best. Hard to order ( communication is tough) and most orders are wrong or prepared in haste. Really wasting your money going there but there is very little alternative.“

“Let's break this down on this Dunkin for starters this Dunkin Donuts the atmosphere was pretty good it was not crowded but the person who attend me in the front wasn't that really polite it was more attending their cell phone then taking my order at the same time was a little bit off because soon as it was done taking my and my wife and my dad's order it was more important to run to their cell phone and go on the side but I cannot say enough about the other person who was really on top of my order was ready on top of helping me and every detail of my order and on top of that everything was nice and fresh and it was nice and hot I cannot complain about her she was very polite and very well opening at the same time the place was very clean very organized and like I said in the beginning it wasn't crowded but I do recommend and hopefully you will find a better chance of bumping into somebody we're better friendly atmosphere and will help you feel much better than what I went through“
“This location is always great. My husband and I go here almost everyday. I swear they recognize my voice at the drive through and know our regular order before I even finish talking. They also like to give our toddler son a couple munchkins now and then. Very friendly too.“
“I went here 2 months ago and I guess their service finally became better and better since. I've been greeted by a wonderful girl and she gave me the right order and everything. Kid-friendliness: When my kids were young we went there. It was Boston but, regardless. It's all the same.“

“Ah, Dunkin’—the holy grail of coffee stops! I swing by almost daily, and whether I’m grabbing a caramel latte or a quick snack, they’ve always got my back. The staff? Super friendly, even when I’m half-asleep and mumbling my order. And don’t even get me started on the donuts—delicious every time. It’s fast, it’s reliable, and honestly, where else am I gonna get my caffeine fix? Dunkin’ all the way!“
“The problem with some customers is that they think they can walk into n establishment and belittle the workers absolutely not they r humans to and if you think you can be disrespectful just be ready to except the same exact energy because will not tolerate the blatant disrespect anymore?“
“Staff here are great and friendly just have to watch one girl who works drive through sometimes not going to describe her but one of them likes to short your change by $1 pretty often I'm guessing to put in the tip cup but that same girl has done that to me 3 times now so I stopped going here. The last time I went I made sure she saw me counting the change and when I looked back at her she was really nervous, I just drove off and didn't tip and haven't been back since. I always tip too so her doing that is just a desperate move on her part.“
