“I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered a large double-double, a toasted bagel with cream cheese, and a pack of chocolate Timbits. The food was fresh and delicious—the bagel was perfectly toasted, and the cream cheese was generously spread, just how I like it. The coffee was hot and brewed to perfection, and the Timbits were soft and full of flavor.

What really stood out was how attentive the staff were. As I was picking up my order, I was in a bit of a rush and forgot to grab my pack of Timbits. Before I even realized it, one of the employees kindly called out to remind me, making sure I didn’t leave anything behind. Their quick attention turned a simple coffee run into a delightful experience.“

“I've been looking for good Vietnamese iced coffee and this place is it! I had the salted iced version it was so good! It's also inside Pronuts (also so good!) so you can grab both at one stop! The actual shop is super cute and the staff were super friendly.“

“No doubt the best oomomo location in the city. The other ones are fine but compared to St. Vital, polo park has a larger selection. If you’re into stationary or art, this is the perfect place to get supplies and materials. I thought I had to head to the dollar store nearby for glue stick but they have a lot of necessities! There’s also other interesting things in there as well such as snacks, housewares, etc.

Prices are reasonable as well!“

“I recently visited Dapper Doughnuts, located on the 2nd floor of Polo Park Mall. Their stand , with its neat and organized setup, offers a cozy spot with a few tables and chairs. I ordered the 6-pack mini cute doughnuts for CAD 7.70, which seemed quite reasonable. The staff recommended their best seller, the Reese’s cookie dough doughnut, and it was fantastic—I loved it. The other five flavors were enjoyable as well. The doughnuts have a cakey texture wt a unique twist from the typical doughnut taste and feel. It’s nice to eat it once in a while.“

“I received such exceptional service that I felt compelled to write a review. I came in to buy 3lbs of coffee and have it ground. The Barista (Athena) was fantastic, she offered up a bag even before I even asked. When she finished grinding the beans, she wiped down each bag of coffee (excellent touch and attention to detail).

I write this in contrast to a recent experience I received for the same product at the Taylor location. There I wasn't offered a bag, was just handed the 3 lbs of coffee, had to wait almost 2 minutes to get their attention for a paper bag, that was just handed to me to bag.“

“Anytime I come here, I get good service and my drinks are made in a timely manner. The only time that I've been somewhat disappointed was when they ran out of the ingredients to make my Strawberries and Creme Frappuccino and I had to get something else as a substitute.“

“This the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The staff and service are the worst. They seem to be at work as play time instead of looking after customers. The biggest problem is I have to ask for a napkin with my donut. They put two donuts in the same small bag which now the icing is going on the other donut. I asked for two separate bags and I got attitude from the worker. I am the customer and feel I was treated badly. The Manager and Owner needs to train the night crew big time. They need to treat customers with respect. The atmosphere now sucks because the place is dirty and the attitude of staff makes even the service a terrible experience. From now on I will go to Grace Hospital Tim Hortons closer to home and treated like a customer. Maybe even go to McDonald's Restaurant and still treated like a customer with a smile. This place is NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.Went to Tim's twice in the last week. The big thing is the pizza. The first thing is that the Pepperoni pizza is absolutely great. Second visit we had bacon everything pizza. Both are very good. The next visit we will try the three cheese simple. Tim's prices are great and you don't feel sick because of the dough. Tim's pizza is flatbread. We will be back for this pizza.“

“This place is always busy! I put in an order online since the line was long and it said 10mins…I walked up after 5 just to check and it was done!! I ordered the strawberry matcha for the first time and I loved it!! You still definitely taste the matcha…the strawberries give it a slight sweetness when you eat it. Strawberries also fit well through the sipper. Did not need to adjust the order. Must try!“

“This location can be very busy, although staff members like Mandeep ji always make it worth the visit. The location is relatively easy to access with sufficient parking. The crew is always friendly and accurate, even when there is a line up. The restaurant (including washrooms) are consistently tidy. The environment is big enough and well organized: perfect for a coffee date with friends or studying. 🙏🏼 10/10 would recommend.“
