“My Wife is an expert perogy maker, so we seldom buy them. But we recently a dozen bought potatoe and cheese and two dozen sauerkraut perogies. Man, they were so good. While both kinda are very good, I especially appreciate the taste of the sauerkraut perogies. Delicious. We'll buy again.“

“Absolutely amazing service from Daisy and her entire team. They showed up on time, were extremely friendly and professional, and swept through our wedding bussing and serving in perfect harmony with our speeches and ceremony. We also had one lovely server, whose name I didn't catch, make sure to set aside some hot appetizers for the bride and groom to eat following the ceremony. We felt so well looked after and the food was delicious - plus they had great options for our vegan and gluten-free guests. We did an inclusive family-style service which worked out perfectly and the support with linens, glassware, and table settings meant we had way fewer things to worry about on the day. Highly recommend them for your next event!“

“I went here for the first time for a late lunch. I was greeted at the door and directed to sit by the window. Decor is quite dated, relatively clean, with dimmed lighting away from the window. No other customers were there or came in. I was kindly brought water without asking for it. The menu had a great variety of options, and they have an all you can eat menu, which I did not look into. After a few minutes, my order was taken. I ordered two sushi maki rolls - firefly and chicken teriyaki. They came out in a timely manner, were nicely presented, warm and delicious. There wasn't too much rice, though I'm not sure that it was sushi rice, it looked like long grain. The server didn't check on me to see how the meal was, and eventually I had to get up to find them for a food box and the bill. Payment was taken at the front entry. Overall, I would order from here again, but probably as take out.Parking: There's no parking on Portage Ave between 1530 - 1730. So you have to use limited side street parking and walk a bit to the restaurant.“
“Really can’t go wrong with mini donuts especially when they are fresh. We get these every time we come to the forks. A bag of 12 for $6 can’t go wrong with that either! Not a 5 as I wish it was a tad softer and better ratio of cinnamon to sugar would be the 5.“
“This is one of my go to places for cakes and desserts for occassions and celebrations. In my opinion the cakes can sometimes be more moist and airy but still really good. I loved their chocolate cakes and schmoo (might be too sweet for some people) They can also work on making the cakes more visually appealing. All in all a pretty solid option.“

“The food here is spectacular. I’m from Toronto and my boyfriend suggested the Chicken Greek salad and eggplant and ricotta Parm… It was utterly delicious. They also added the bread knots That were so fresh and warm. The Greek salad was delicious. It had a good amount of feta- the chicken was seasoned and cubed perfectly. The olive oil was rich, this salad was perfect. The eggplant Was covered in delicious marinara sauce and melted cheese. In the middle of the Parm There was a ricotta spread that was absolutely spectacular. Thank you so much! Definitely will be coming in the next time I’m in town.“
