“Have had many good experiences at this location. Ratan has politely and pleasantly helped me many times with birthday cakes, as well as regular blizzards etc. I have come right before closing and for multiple cakes at once and he has always been welcoming and friendly. Ratan does a great job at this location highly recommend paying him a visit!“

“This Dairy Queen is pretty decent. However, I noticed an inconsistency with the quality of ice cream compared to other Dairy Queens. I don’t know if it’s just because it was once a seasonal location. But I do notice it doesn’t seem as consistent with larger locations. I do frequent it often though. It’s a great summer spot.“

“I give 5 stars for all my previous visits — the ice cream was always exactly what I wanted. But this time, the girl at the counter made a mistake, and I had to pay again to get the right one. She should know the menu better and ask questions if unsure. Disappointing, especially since I came here just for this ice cream.“

“The staff here were quick and efficient. I only had to wait in line for a few minutes despite being behind 4 other groups. The only downside is that there is very little parking. It's located on portage itself and because of this the only parking available is in the back and can only hold 4-5 cars at a time.

Overall quite good to cool off from that heatwave we had.“

“I went to the st Mary Dairy Queen on April 15th and I had a really great experience. There was an employee there light skinned, super polite, and honestly just had such a positive vibe. It was my first time ever going to Dairy Queen, and he made the whole experience so easy and welcoming. He helped me choose and order Blizzard treats for me and my kids, took his time to explain things, and made sure everything was right.

The Blizzards were amazing and definitely lived up to the hype no disappointment at all. The service really stood out to me because it felt genuine, not rushed, and you could tell he cared about making customers happy. Overall, it was a great first experience, and it left a really good impression“

“Overall, there’s nothing majorly wrong here. It’s just sometimes their food can be overcooked or the staff a bit cold but that could also be because they have a lot of young people which is not surprising since they need places like this for an early job experience.
So overall good. I’m just not gonna give them a full five stars as there’s a bit of room for improvement.“

“Super friendly staff! even with my chaotic children, they're always understandable which is a relief when the kids just want to tough everything in sight. (Comming from a busy mom of toddlers). *Clean* environment and they go the extra to bring us our food and make sure we have everything we need or they'll bring it to us. Happy Vibes foresure!.“
