“Juicest chicken EVER. I don't know if it was a one day thing but I got the extra crispy chicken and it was so flavorful right down to the meat and it wasn't too oily at all. Honestly it was the best chicken I've ever had in years.This location is nicer than the other location in the south + it has kiosks.Over the past month I've tried the Bridgwater location & the pembina south location and THIS location is the clear winner.To whoever cooked the chicken. If we can expect this level of quality everytime. I will go out of my way to go to this location exclusively.“

“I attended this location during off peak hours and I was surprised at how many people were there. They were busy and pushing out food at a high rate. I had ordered their chicken original sandwich. I enjoyed it immensely! Great texture, taste and it looked so big with a large juicy chicken with sauce and pickles. So good! Shout out to all the workers who were working hard there. “The chicken is great and very crunchy. I think this location has the best customer service. Every staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered my order for pick up but for some reasons it got delayed but the manager handle the situation smoothly. She explained the situation and offered me a free drink while I was waiting and she even offered me another drink when my order was ready because I had to wait quite a while. Overall, great customer service. Shoutout to the manager who works today’s afternoon shift. Highly recommend this location?“
“We did a mobile order for a extra crispy 25 piece party pack. Not even 5 minutes later I received a call from them saying they only had 5 pieces of white extra crispy would we mind the rest in dark or original. We prefered to have the regular rotation of chicken in extra crispy so I asked if it was possible for them to cook more. If we didn't mind waiting of course they could, so that's what we did. When we got there, the chicken was almost ready. She was very polite and friendly. The chicken was delicious. Every thing was hot. Nothing was over or under cooked. It was perfect!What impressed me most is that they easily could have not bothered to call and just went and completed the order. It was take out, we wouldn't have noticed 20 pieces of dark meat until we got home and by then do you want to get your meal corrected or just say never mind and forget it. Sure one should hope and expect a place to get your order right but that is not a standard most places care about anymore.“
“After a shift at wendy's, I went over to KFC while still wearing my outfit since my aunt wanted to try their new fries. I then jokingly asked for the employee discount. The lady at the till then. Explain to me how their employee discount system works (They use cards) She then gave me the discount anyways. 10/10 They clearly understand humor. Also, after walking 10 blocks in the rain, their fries still tasted amazing.“

“My daughter and I were ill with Covid, and decided to order in. The fries tasted old, and only one meal received coleslaw. I paid $5 extra for each meal to be 'all white' meat but each meal contained 2 legs each. Legs are dark meat. When I called, voice mail answered so I left a message. No one replied. I made a complaint on the website and again no one replied except to send a coupon for free popcorn chicken. No, give me my $10 back ? I do not recommend this location. (The delivery was quick- the only good part of the experience!)“

“My kids love their drum sticks. We usually just get bean burritos, fries, and drum sticks. We had an issue today. We ordered tenders as well but when we got home, it wasn’t there. Called the location and they replaced them, which kind of erased the issue. The chicken is good. Everything is meh.“
“Want through drive thru and ordering was a little difficult but they quickly had it sorted and me on my way. Got big crunch box and switched drumstick for Rib. BC was good however the chicken was small and didn't look much like a rib. Flavour was as normal for a KFC.“
“It's a convenient place for a bite to eat. On weekdays, at lunchtime there aren't many people, there's no noise in the hall, it's clean enough. Everything is always very tasty, and the service is very pleasant. Employees are always very polite and friendly.“
