“Had a solid experience at this KFC location. Wanted to try out their pickle event! Got a box meal to try and it was very good. The burger had pickle seasoning as well as pickles and it was nice and crunchy on the outside. Hot and fresh meat on the inside.
The atmosphere of this KFC location was very pleasant, large booths, comfy seating and very clean and brightly lit.
Would come here again next time!“
“Well the food was hot, I ordered big crunch combo, mentioned 3 times not the zinger, he came back and asked me again that it was the big crunch said yes, can you guess what I received, the zinger, asked for pickles on it several times no pickles, ice machine still not working, they gave ne a canned one instead.
Good food, great service today. A tasty $5 big crunch today, and it is nice when the cashier tells you to order it this way to save some money. Friendly staff and a good sandwich.“
“I ordered on this location first time today and it was a good experience. First of all they were able to serve extra crispy chicken which the other locations couldn’t and the quantity was better than other Winnipeg locations. So kudos to the team and the management.“
“I ordered a 2 piece chicken and fries that what I like.The best value and add on's are reasonable price. Ordering at the kiosk is a bit intimidating,but no pressure if no one is behind you. Just wish that someone would clean up the tables. Washroom were clean.“
“I've been coming to this KFC location for quite some time, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The chicken is always crispy, juicy, and tastes incredibly fresh, which really reflects their commitment to quality. Every menu item I've tried has been cooked to perfection.
What impressed me most was my most recent visit. I ordered extra crispy chicken, and the staff called ahead to let me know it would take 20–30 minutes because they prepare it fresh. I truly appreciated the transparency. When I picked up my order, they accidentally gave me the original recipe instead. Before I even noticed, they called me to acknowledge the mistake. When I returned, they replaced my order with the correct one and generously let me keep the original meal as well.
That level of honesty, accountability, and customer service is rare. The staff are always friendly, courteous, and clearly take pride in their work. Their consistency and dedication deserve recognition—I genuinely believe this team has earned it. Highly recommended!“
“My son went to pick up some dinner for the family only to notice his popcorn chicken poutine wasn't in the bag after getting home. I called and the employee who answered the phone was so hassle free, I was shocked. He immediately apologized and had the missing item delivered within probably 15 minutes. Very impressed ????“

“I decided to have a late “chicken” supper, and I went to this KFC branch. Store is clean and the ambience is welcoming. A lady greeted me with a smile as i came in, took my order and after 5 mins i was being served. Chicken is hot and tasty, breaded the colonel way. Some branch is not alike with this I noticed that. Chicken is cooked in the inside, no hematoma nor bloody. Kudos to the Team and manager in charge today.“

This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered food here, and they always serve me very well and quite quickly. If you’re in a bad mood, why take it out on the staff? “I ate here this evening and was greeted by the kindest manager ever: Zeba. She was so patient with me even when I was impatient. She instructed her green worker with respect as he was learning the ropes. The food I ate was juicy and actually good. The Pepsi was not flat and the store tables were clean. This is a well managed location.“
