What are you doing? What do you want? Is this the kind of service your staff provides? I'm on a diet. It's clearly written on the order that I don't want crisp onion. Did you add it on purpose? Did I ask for it? I didn't ask for cucumber either, but you put it in. I'm on a diet. I only found out when I was halfway through. How am I supposed to count the calories? I don’t know why they changed where you cannot customize your own sub. That’s literally the reason why subway is so popular so you can have a sub (your way). It’s already over $10 for a 6” sub, and staff is making a big deal over asking for pickles on it. I know it’s not the staffs fault as they cannot control what management does, but hopefully they change it back to the way it was…. Absolutely ridiculous
