I normally have Tim's at least 5+ times a week. I work nights all over the city, so it keeps me caffeinated/awake. Working nights, it's hard to find a place that's open at night, so I was glad to see this location open. I went in and before I ordered anything, I went to the bathroom. I have lived in this area for years and this Tim Hortons used to be to be pleasant to go to but now the staff is abrupt, rude, dismissive, and doesn't make you feel welcome at all. Today I went and tried to talk to the guy at the drive through window because of an order question and throughout he put his hand in my face multiple times to get me to stop talking, barely spoke to me. I am a regular at this Tims, here’s some things I’ve seen!Their selection of food after 5pm is limited, service is not great but has gotten better. Some of the employees are a lot nicer than others. They’ll regularly close 15-30 minutes early and if you’re sitting inside near closing time they’ll poor water on the grills stinking up the whole restaurant and making the environment less enjoyable, though this is not a regular thing it is really disappointing when it does...read full review
