“Bitty and Beau’s is one of those places that just makes you feel good the second you walk in. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming and you can tell they actually care about the people coming through the door. The whole place has this positive energy that you don’t get at most coffee shops.

The coffee is really solid too. I’ve tried a few different drinks and everything has been made right and comes out quick. The shop is clean, easy to hang out in, and it’s the kind of spot where you end up chatting with someone even if you weren’t planning on it.

This is an easy five stars from me. Great coffee, great people, and a place that reminds you what good service actually feels like.“

We like to try local coffee shops whenever we go out of state, and we keep wanting to come back to Rise Up because their “coffee smoothie” is just so good! I love the white mocha coffee smoothie and my husband has gotten both their iced latte and the white mocha macadamia smoothie and loved both!“

“I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Looks like a bookstore from the outside, but guess what?! Well. It kind of is a bookstore. Because it’s IN a bookstore. But that’s part of its charm. The coffee is great, obviously. And they have tea. Just don’t you dare ask for chamomile. Or if you’re feeling playful, you can always get some hot choccy. They’re always playing great music too. A fantastic atmosphere. I go in every single day with my laptop to do some work and I swear, I accomplish more in one hour than a college kid on Adderall cramming at 4am for an 8am final. The real absolute rockstar of the show, though, is Madison. I think she might actually be superhuman. Once I ordered something and she told me no, I don’t want that, and then made me something else. And you know what? She was absolutely right. It’s like she was able to take her hand and reach it into the deep, dark recesses of my soul and somehow know more about me and what I want than I’ve ever known about myself my whole life. I will never question her on anything again. If you’re in Annapolis for even just one day, this place is a must stop. Just don’t come when I’m there, I’m trying to get some work done.“

“This was my first time at a ceremony roasters, and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a almond milk latte, which was extra hot and extra foamy. I took a chance and got the prosciutto croissant, which was absolutely delicious, it reminded me of a ham and cheese Breakfast treat. There was ample parking in the parking lot and the location was clean. The employees were very helpful when I asked questions about the breakfast menu.“

“The bowls at Playa Bowl are always a 10/10. Their house made granola is delicious and the employees always pay close attention to detail when preparing the bowls. My order has yet to be incorrect or sloppy. I would definitely recommend giving it a try!“

“Looking for a quick coffee break from all your shopping adventures in downtown Annapolis? Rise Up might be the spot! We visited here for the first time a few days ago as we were traveling through Maryland and stopped in Annapolis for the day and we were pleasantly surprised with both the seasonal maple iced latte and the iced tea we got. I didn’t see until I had already received my drink that they had a supposedly iconic coffee smoothie on their menu. That was probably their best menu item - shame I didn’t get a chance to try it. Next time!! But yeah, this place is located in a little food hall that has several different vendors all in one location. So, you can come here for food from some other places and get your coffee at Rise Up all at the same time! I really enjoyed this place, service was good, our drinks came out fast, and there really were no complaints. I will be trying the coffee smoothie next time I’m in Annapolis and stop by Rise Up!!“

“Fairly standard coffee shop serving the full range of Starbucks coffees (but not a Starbucks location). Also has other cooler beverages, package snacks and premade quick bites depending on the time of day (bagels, muffins, breakfast sandwich, lunch sandwiches etc).“

“Five star rating for the pastries and desserts and breads. I didn’t try any beverages so I can’t speak to those this time. It was a cute little environment. I’m slightly confused by the decor, but not mad at it. There’s a lot to look at and a lot of options so take your time before you choose. I really don’t think you could go wrong as long as you stick to your own flavor profile. I enjoyed a Yuzu cheesecake and a lemoncello cake. Both were incredible.“
