“Pretty typical Chipotle near the ball field in Baltimore. Was disappointed with the service because I ordered the same thing as my buddy and his portion of meat was much larger than mine. Besides the portioning, the staff was suitably indifferent with little eye contact and only minimal interaction. The food itself was good and the restaurant looked clean. It was exactly what I was expecting from a Chipotle in that location.“
“They gave out the best portion and fresh ingredients!! Also tried the new sauce red chimichurri and it was delicious!! This is my new only chipotle I’ll be going to. No attitude when ordering or cashing out! The place wasn’t all that clean but I also was doing take out so I wasn’t too concerned about how the lobby looked. The back where I can see the employees preparing food was clean so that counts.“
“Amaya was absolutely amazing when making my order! I was in Baltimore visiting and thought they still had the honey chicken, Amaya informed that they didn’t but gave me a better option. Amaya even allowed me to sit in the dining area while I decided on if I wanted the Chimichurri Steak instead of the chicken. When I came back in line she stopped what she was making in the kitchen just to come and make my order. It made me feel really special. Katelyn who was the manager on shift saw Amaya kindness, and Katelyn recommended the red chimichurri sauce. Really great people and really great service.“
“This location USED o be very, bad very slow, and messed up orders. Thankfully they have a new manager and she is fixing things, so everybody should give it a try. It is certainly far better than the location on Pratt Street. The one on Boston Street is better, but I think that's only because it's never busy, so it's easier to get food out on time and not make mistakes.“

“This chipotles food was fresh and delicious. I came here today and although they were out of guac and sour cream. The white rice was made to perfection. I have been to other locations and the tomatoes were bitter, or things tasted not quite right and I appreciate the cleanliness and great tasting food of this location. Thank you so much. “I’m just floored at the AMAZING customer service I received from not just one staff member but ALL staff members. During the slow time all four of them were singing and clapping and smiling at my son and I was just so teary eyed! They made us feel so good and helped us mamas feel so attended to and like we were welcome! I’m definitely coming back and am a raving customer. Thank you crew that was working at 1pm on Dec 5th they are the stars of this restaurant and deserve all the praise and all the promotions. My friend and I were just talking about how uncomfortable it is to order food these days because of how awkward and sometimes mean fast food workers are, not here, it felt like family. Genuine happiness and joy to see my boy and help him feel welcome and fun.“
“This chipotle surprised me, I wasn’t expecting much based off the reviews and was lowkey scared I was going to get food poisoning (will double back to follow up as I just ate). That being said the food was actually really good and flavorful, whoever was cooking night shift on 11/17 definitely was cheffing it up“
“This location would get five stars if the Sprite worked every time I go in there the Sprite is not working and there is no indication or a sign notifying customers that the Sprite has ran out people don't realize that the Sprite is out until they take a sip which forces them to waste water and ice“
“The staff here did amazing tonight.. pretty sure their man on the grill walked out and they had a line to the door! Everyone jumped into high gear and got it done! Soda machine was broke but they were open with everyone about it as they ordered.“
“Live very close to this chipotle and love chipotle in general. So I go here all the time. However, this chipotle is terrible. Service is bad, almost always out of something or numerous things. Today broke the last straw! No rice white or brown until we waited a few minutes for brown. We weren’t that unsatisfied at this point. Girl asks us what we want so we start... and she walks away just as we start to go chat with other people telling a story she wanted to listen to. My girl friend and I just looked at each. She didn’t come back, another girl stepped in a few seconds later. Go down the line and no chicken orrr steak. Now Im kinda mad but just deal w it and get barbacoa. Salsa sour cream corn etc. toppings are minimal sizes w minimal effort. Walk out laughing about how terrible it was cause there also wasn’t a lid for our drink available. Go to eat and the first bite is so watery. Probably from the rice
Update: this chipotle has made a huge turnaround. They used to always have some kind of issue through the process but the last 10+ visits have been great. Good job chipotle.👍“
“I have had a lot of bad experiences at this Chipotle. However, today I had the BEST experience! The young lady working the line was the sweetest worker I have encountered. I regret not asking her name, but she was wearing pink glasses. Her customer service was 5 stars!!!“
“Really pleasantly surprised by this Chipotle!! all of the chipotle locations in the city have gotten pretty terrible, I randomly dedicded to give this one a shot, and it was a stand out!! Great portions, clean store, super incredibly nice staff, and food tasted good! God blessssss“
