“Weekend and evening staff are weird. Came in last weekend for a few items with two coffees and there were some chemicals of some sort in it because my stomach was burning. Was told to come and get a free coffee. Came in this week and another person was there with a scarf around his face began to laugh and minimize my issue. Then began to uncontrollably laugh then left out the front to go into the back then grabbed a cup and poured the coffee after seemingly dropping something in it after turning sideways from his finger that seemed to be stuck because he kept shaking it over my cup. Didn’t think once about drinking it. The morning shift is amazing and I love them.However they need to be mindful of the tall guy that like to like the croissants in the morning and place them I a plastic bin. He’s weird too.“

“I go to this Dunkin almost every day to chat with my friends or study. They always use the perfect mix of refresher and green tea, far better than others in the area which I also visit. Their mobile orders are always ready very quickly, and the location is perfect nearby planet fitness and my work. Plus, the workers are always friendly and know me by name because of how often I visit haha. This Dunkin is the best!“

“The only Gripe i have about this particular Dunkin is that The Lobby has been Out Of Order for nearly 2 Months Now. Since i have made this My New Local Dunkin Location i literally have to stand in The Drivethrough to order. And it becomes a bit of a hassle because i have to hop in front of cars just to get to the window and that can be dangerous for me. So please do something about getting The Lobby up and running other than that I Love this Dunkin My Iced Coffee is always A Perfect 10/10 every single time. “Went into Dunkin donuts to order the $6.00 meal without egg,added bacon on croissant. Hash browns were Frozen. Went back inside the establishment only to be greeted with a smirk on the staff's face. Ask the manager to touch the hash. Browns, which were very very cold manager, would not touch the hash. Browns did not try to give me any. Accommodations gave me a new order of hash Browns and sent me on my way. I have to pray because the treatment of some of these stores. There doesn't seem to be appreciation for the $ that we work so hard for,what happened to customer service. I shouldn't have to keep calling a 1 800 number to get a small discount for the treatment I wouldn't want to display to others. Who wants cold food? Ill stick to hot coffee from now on.🫡“

“The lady working today was so kind!!! I was hot and exhausted. I wanted a frozen coffee without all the sugar. She told me she could do just that. I was so appreciative!!! I’ve asked at other Dunkin’s in Florida and they said it wasn’t possible. So cheers to the impossible becoming possible!!!“

“For the record, you can get access to this Dunkin without being a tenant. We drove up, asked to be let in for the purpose of visiting the Dunkin, parked and walked in.
My daughter and I have been visiting the various Dunkins in Baltimore City and found this one to be exceptional!

Parking: We had to get through an access gate. Over the intercom we just asked for visitor access to go to the Dunkin. We were able to then Park in free parking.“

“Drive-thru order. They did an excellent job with my mango green tea refresher light ice. It was not watered down, just the right concentration of green tea and refresher syrup. Hard to get this consistently across DDs. The hashbrowns were warm and fresh too.“

“Let me start off saying I absolutely loved that this location in is my neighborhood!! I’ve been here many times, usually early in the am before work. My only issue is that I wish this location would step its game up a little. Maybe more Dunkin merchandise and more donut designs not just the basic donuts all the time. I’ve been to other locations and I’ve seen donuts made as spiders, ninja turtles, rainbows etc… step it up a little…. But besides that, I love it“

“This might once have been a regular Dunkin, with seating and all the other things you expect at a Dunkin restaurant, but it's now little more than a pickup spot for orders submitted online in advance. You can walk in and place a order, but all you'll find is a checkout counter with no display case, 4 electronic ordering kiosks on the wall and three small tables and six chairs by the window that are better suited for sitting while waiting for your order than for eating in. There is also a drive-up window. The workers will assist the occasional walk-in customer who can't figure out the ordering kiosks, but they are mainly there to put orders together. If you're looking for a Dunkin where you can sit and enjoy a meal, select a different one.“

“I visited this Dunkin this morning with my daughter, who is nearing the end of the school year. How amazed we were to see a donut flavored coffee!! With what trepidation did we order this unknown beverage! What would it be like? Good or bad? And where do new flavors COME FROM? Having ordered on the app from the car, we walked in (though, with a convenient drive thru available, this wasn't strictly necessary, and perhaps if it had been raining we wouldn't have bothered) and, lo and behold, a lovely sitting area. Well done! AND the coffee, promptly prepared and awaiting our approach. Turns out it was delicious!“
