“Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in, greeted by an employee who escorted me to the VIP Lane for check-in. The entire staff was attentive during my week-long stay and made the stay memorable.

This location hosts a lot of conventions and there was a fun influx of new guests all week to share the evenings with in the Bonvoy Lounge.

The swimming pool was…eh, and there is no hot tub which was disappointing but

“When our car died, we went to Chick-fil-A while we waited for my husband to come jump the vehicle. We ordered one milkshake and asked for a few cherries. I usually go later in the evening so maybe it’s partly bc there are no crowds but they move things along quickly and the order is always correct. In terms of service, it’s better than 5100 York Rd, better than any I’ve been to in the suburbs“

“I grew up addicted to the fish special! As a kid, my family would travel from NC to MD for church services held at 3100 North Ave. Well, Mike’s was right there and the aroma of the food would always draw us over there to place an order. ? I haven’t been to Baltimore since 2018 and haven’t been to Mike’s in almost 23 years but for the past few months I’ve been craving that oh-so-good Mike’s fish sub! ??? That’s how perfect it is - that after all these years, my taste buds still crave it! I definitely recommend this place based on the memory alone!“

“The staff are friendly. helpful and courteous. The store was clean and takeout seating is available. The menu has many items to select from and prices are reasonable. “I was driving by one day and saw this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Keep in mind I don’t eat red meat so I had the turkey burger patty. Now if you eat turkey burgers you know that everyone can’t make them and Bozo Bistro nailed it. Since then I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve actually ate from here. We were really looking forward to the pizza but it was explained to us that it's super hot with the oven on. Definitely understood that. I really wanted to crab wings and they did not disappoint. The shrimp and crab bowl was crazy with "the sauce" I meant to take a pic of it, but my fork was faster than my camera lol and those drinks!!! Too good! Had to try all of them. “I was thrilled to see a Shake Shack upon entering M&T Stadium. Catching them early is key too!The line was around 15 or so deep and moved pretty quickly. I could tell they had their act together.Orders were taken with efficiency. Two double shack burgers with fries and two chocolate shakes. The total of $65 with tax and tip was a big ouch!The meals pushed out within 10 minutes. Everything hot and tasty. Btw they pre make the shakes and put them in the freezer to move things along.Good experience.“

“There's another Mcdonalds just a bit further down Reisterstown RD, but I always make the trip up to this location. Their staff is very friendly and quick, and the food is always significantly higher quality than the other locations in the area. It's Mcdonalds so you already know what you're getting into in terms of the menu. This is a very clean location and one of the few I do dine-in at.“

I give them a high score because the chicken was well cooked at a good price.“

“This was my first time at a Five Guys. I always get them mixed up with Shake Shack and can't remember which one is better. Lol ANYWAY, Five Guys is amazing! And amazingly expensive! $25 for a cheeseburger, small fries and a shake. No extras. ? I mean, the burger was in my top 10 - very good - but the fries were basic level good. Nowadays that qualifies as "f*cking super duper extraordinary" but times are tough and fast food is a crapshoot anywhere you go. So I just changed my rating to 5 stars from 4 because this particular Five Guys has pre-pandemic quality (aka HIGH) across the board: quality food, staff friendliness, and a vibrant atmosphere - and that should be applauded! “This was a beautiful hidden gem. The staff were so nice to my family they took the time out to explain the menu to me better because the menu was in Spanish. I only gave 4 starts for atmosphere because I wished the movie playing was in English so that my kids could be entertained while devoured my beautiful delicious meal . The strawberry butter pecan milkshake was my own signature flavor and they excuted beautifully . I plan on returning again in the near future. Thank you for great food and service.“

“The line was long but the food is made to order. The Order Taker did not greet us. He didn't tell us the total at the window just stuck his hand out. Parking: They have a parking lot that they share with the health building next door but street parking is available I think before 8 a.m. you don't have to pay to park if you're just running into get your food your fine“

“Usually a good experience with this location but last night not so, I ordered five orders of the 2 for $3.50 mc doubles and a 10 piece nugget. The worker swore me down that he had double counted the burgers and that all 10 were in the bag, and with a slight attitude he closed the widow and walked away... A few minutes later he returned with a mc double but with his energy being the way it was I was not about to give that to my children. But it's thee principle I paid for it so give me what I paid for but (in the trash it went) I'll take the loss!!!!“

“We always order online. Only had a couple of problems but that was with the app not with the store itself. That said whenever we pick up it’s ready to go and the place is really busy. Drive thru line is busy so it’s slow but they try really hard to keep it moving. The food is amazing, my husband is addicted. And every time we do manage to place an order(for a while the app wouldn’t take any cards we tried to use to pay) they have always gotten it right. I am really weird with sauces so that’s impressive. It’s a little more expensive than average burger joint especially if you want sides with your burger, but the burger itself is really good. I go there when I just want a good burger not necessarily a lot of fries or icecream.“
