“I'm honestly not a fan of the chain - they tend to be overpriced, understaffed, and the food is hit or miss. That said, this location seems to be a bit above average - perhaps because of its location to downtown Baltimore and the touristy inner harbor. Grabbed a few sandwiches the past few years when staying at nearby hotels for work and it's a decent spot and the staff is usually polite, but not always super friendly or fast.“
“Subs, Service & Cost we're On Point at this JJ location. Thanks to Evie the food & service were right on time. Sub rolls are freshly made daily. Second visit ordering Vito & Italian Nite subs. Both were delicious and quickly made.The cleanliness of this restaurant far exceeds the W. Pratt St location. Ask for Evie & she'll treat you right, Everytime!“
“I came in on Friday, June 5, around 5:30–6:00 p.m., and there were two young ladies working. The young lady who took my order was very polite, professional, and welcoming. My food came out quickly and was made exactly how I ordered it. The overall service was great, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized. I had a great experience and will definitely be back again!“
