Funny enough, the burger, which was the item I was least excited about based on how it looked, ended up being my favorite. It was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The pizza was a little overdone, but I actually like my pizza that way, so no complaints there. The bowl was good too, though I felt like it was missing a little something. Maybe some extra lime or cilantro would have given it more of that fresh Mexican flavor.

I’d definitely come back and try some of the other restaurants they have. I also really liked the atmosphere. It was quiet, clean, and didn’t feel chaotic, which was nice. The kitchen area looked especially clean, which always leaves a good impression.

“Vibrant place, wide selection of food. Spacious, seating is ample. I'd rate higher if it weren't for the aggressive and nasty bathroom attendant who repeatedly tried to pick a fight with me. Maybe it's a hostile work environment and she has to make herself feel empowered by taking it out on complete strangers. I have no idea. If you have to use the restroom, keep your head down and get in and out as quickly as possible.“

“I went here last night and online it says they are open until 9:30. I get there and park and it says 9:01, so I figure I have plenty of time. However, I realized they actually closed at 9 so I went to turn around and figure something else out. That’s when I see the familiar gentleman inside waving me in as he recognized me to come and order. He gets out what I normally order and even turns back on the oven to toast my sandwich for me (twice because he knows my order.) This subway is doing something right with these people. “I came in on Friday, June 5, around 5:30–6:00 p.m., and there were two young ladies working. The young lady who took my order was very polite, professional, and welcoming. My food came out quickly and was made exactly how I ordered it. The overall service was great, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized. “It's the only place that's open in my area 24/7 only half of the employees can understand what you are saying which does make it hard when trying to build my sandwich the way I want it but otherwise it's a good little place for a late night bite.
I saw others comments about the homeless people just ignore them and you will be fine they will not do anything because there is always a security guard that stands outside by them so they can't cause terrible

Vegetarian options: I think it is labeled what is and what isn't idk I eat real food sorry but I'm pretty sure I saw a little sign above what things where veg.

Parking: You can park next to the subway or on st.paul St. But on St.Paul you'll have to pay but I think the pay cuts off at a curtain time not sure I usually just walk there

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is a very easy to access wheelchair ramp it's kinda tight so idk if it'll fit no scooter type of chair but a basic roll n go would be fine“

“I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews. We went there today and got two subs and the food was fresh and the girl working was super nice. My gift card wasn't working because they just upgraded their systems which was a bummer. So yes I had to pay cash but she lowered it down $2 based off of what I had on my gift card which she didn’t have to do and kept apologizing. Not her fault by any means, it happens. I will be returning and hopefully their systems will be ready to go by then.“

Not sure if that's the regular taste of the chicken or if it was really sitting but the honey biscuits was bussing bussing. I'd eat this chicken at times id know my normal favs are closed or far away or last minute, short time type scenerios.“

I just wish they were open later but I understand labor shortages/ safety of employees.Every time im there the employees seem to be in a genuine good mood and are always friendly. “I don’t know why this place only has 3.8 stars, it was great! It only took maybe 10 minutes to get our food and the service was great. The person at the counter was very nice and respectful! The ambiance in the place was perfect and clean. The food was good - we got mozzarella sticks, a turkey club, and an Italian sub and it was about $27, which is good for the amount of food we got. And a lot of the reviews are old which makes me think that this restaurant has been there a long time which is really cool! They also have bulgogi which I will definitely be back to try.“

That said, this location seems to be a bit above average - perhaps because of its location to downtown Baltimore and the touristy inner harbor. Grabbed a few sandwiches the past few years when staying at nearby hotels for work and it's a decent spot and the staff is usually polite, but not always super friendly or fast.“
