“There was an issue with my order and the app was glitching and never said it was delivered, the delivery driver also delivered it to the wrong address. But the manager did everything in their power to make it right. It was very appreciated.“
“It was a cool experience. The young lady at the front counter was thicker than a snicker so, I will definitely be going back based on that experience 😂😂 (Respectfully of course.) Pizza was 🔥 too had the thin crust pepperoni, jalapeno peppers and pineapple. Delicious.“
“Place a few n line order and man the order never went to the restaurant only learned this after waiting for my food for sometime so it had me call and I don’t know the young lady name that pick up the phone and handle the call/order but honey I thank you my food was still hot and tasty you are amazing you went all out for your customers and my family wants to thank you“
“I mean it’s a chain pizza restaurant so it’s nothing fancy. The service was okay. The wait was a bit long. Disappointed that the delivery fee is so high so I always make the drive. I enjoyed the gluten free pizza and the garlic sauce for the extra fee.“

“I had a STRESSFUL day on my feet all day in DC and needed some food for energy. I looked up a local Papa John's and called my order in. When I got there I told the lady with the glasses I really needed some good food she told me I was in luck because they made my pizza with love. And she wasn't lying! I got 3 slices in and felt a rush of warmth take over my body. I was no longer tired, but filled with joy. I was filled with hope. I felt like things were gonna be okay from here on out. Thank you 3 ladies that worked last Sunday night. I really needed that. Better ingredients. Better pizza. PAPA JOHN'S!

“AVOID if YOU SUPPORT WEARING MASKS. This place was ok. We usually get food from here, and under normal circumstances I would probably give it a 5/5. And, given the environment we're currently in, I also have reservations.After picking up the pizza and papatias, and noticing the lack of attention to masks by the employees inside, I'm going to plan to avoid this place in the next several months.As one who has worked in the food industry, masks during COVID-19 are important, especially for the people making the food, and those serving customers. Is it safe to eat here? Only time will tell.“
