My $55 order for a family materialized as a $15 pizza. You’re better off lighting your wallet on fire. Papa Johns either runs on slave labor or employs idiots and neither are remotely good for customers. Make your own pizza if you have to to avoid the customer service hack this brand relies on.
Don't order from here if you need your pizza delivered by a certain time. On more than one occasion, I've placed a plan ahead order for 45 minutes before a scheduled event, and they often come up to an hour later than the scheduled time. If you try to call to get in contact with someone, you'll just wait on hold for the whole hour until your pizza eventually shows up.. just don't bother.

If you’re looking for cold and incorrectly made pizza this is the spot for you. Our delivery was not only nearly an hour late after their latest estimated time, but was also falsely marked delivered ~30 minutes before it was handed to me. The general manager Alyssa then lied to me in an email saying a refund would be provided, but two weeks later I have yet to receive anything. Go literally anywhere else for better food and service
