“It's been about 3 months since I first went to Beyond Ramen & Kabob, and I can't stop thinking about it. It's a small restaurant with several booths and some open tables, but it's filled with personality. The food was incredible - every single entree, every appetizer, every drink we tried was perfect. Hot, fresh, and made to order for the kabobs. The staff was super helpful and thoughtful, and I noticed them keeping an eye on all the customers from afar to make sure glasses were filled, food was served quickly, and everyone was happy. It made me feel like an honored guest. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options here, including a vegan ramen and many different vegan kabobs. They were very quick to accommodate our dietary restrictions and very thoughtful and cautious when it came to checking ingredients - very much appreciated. Will be back soon, and hopefully many more times.“

I ordered the cream cheese wontons by accident and I ended up actually eating them because they were so good and also I recommend you get the orange chicken if anyone likes orange chicken because it's better than most things. And also another thing I would recommend about them except eating them is I dipped the cream cheese wontons in the orange chicken sauce so if that's any recommendation for someone.“

Hidden gem! Food is always hot and fresh, and the staff is prompt and friendly. I've only ever dined in, so I can't comment on carryout. I usually get the beef & broccoli lunch plate. Shrimp toast is delicious; you can tell it's made fresh because it's not gross and soggy like other places that freeze it. In cold weather there's no better meal than their house special wonton soup. Just a great place. Modestly decorated; very clean.“

“I never write reviews but the banh mi was so amazingly flavorful, I had to let others know! The bread was crispy on the outside, chewy and tender inside. The sandwich was filled from end to end with cool crispy pickled veggies and warm sliced lemongrass beef. “Love the new owner and staff! From the moment my family walked in. We were treated well. Our server was really nice. The owner came to us a couple times just to explain everything we ordered the cashew chicken and two orders of Sushi rolls and some spring rolls. Everything was delicious. We would definitely be going back here soon . Thomas was amazing as well! I think he’s the owner not sure but he was very friendly very knowledgeable and cared a lot about us. Having a good time.
