“This is a new restaurant that is still working out the kinks. There was some confusion at the host/hostess stand about who was being seated where. Service was decent for a new place but still it was a little slow. The food was quite good. One of us had Chicken Marsala which was very good but it didn't have a traditional marsala sauce. Whatever it was, it was tasty. The other had Veal Parm. It was also quite good but the pasta sauce had an unusual flavor that was slightly off-putting We would be happy to return and try some other dishes but for one factor: Fox News on the TV in the bar. Watch it at home if you like but don't make me watch it.“

“Arrived at 5:30pm. With no expectations. Never had African food before outside of jollof rice and peanut stew. I tried the Zongo stew and rice Delicious....pick your own level of spicy..... Great feature. But try a little spice it's not so bad. The food.... delicious. To go Service.... awesome. Returning to try a new entré....absofreakinglutely.“

“The food was very delicious, and I suggest everybody get the philly cheese steak egg rolls.They were the amazing even for our very picky eater. Shake was really attentive and gave us enough space to let us people.We wanted and made some suggestions that turned out to be really spot one. Definitely.We'll go back to try some other items on the menu.“

“We used to frequent this restaurant often when we lived in Frederick. We returned for my 70th birthday dinner. As usual, Rich did an outstanding job, not only with our meals but also with meals designed for our vegan/vegetarian children. Trish, our server , was also excellent. Just sorry that we didn’t get to see Kelly. You must go to this restaurant!! Pam Keipper“
