“We stay at this Ritz-Carlton location from time to time, and Entyse is a focal point of those visits. It’s an all-day operation, and indeed the only dining option on-property. The bartenders and wait staff are highly attentive, personable, and quick to remember your preferences. There’s usually a decent crowd, and on weekends there’s live music ranging from jazz piano to a classic hits band.

While it is definitely a lounge first and a restaurant second, there is a decently extensive menu for each breakfast, lunch and dinner with a number of tempting options. There’s also a bar menu that’s served all day and until midnight daily, which is a godsend for the weary traveler arriving late in the evening.

So many places close early in this post-Covid era that it’s great to see a proper hotel bar open late nightly.

Oh, and if you’re a wine person like I am, you’ll certainly enjoy the 25+ options offered by the glass. Although we are guests of the hotel, it’s easy to see why so many locals frequent this lounge too.“

Started with the Caesar salad, nice and light, well dressed with a lighter dressing - the croutons are the best part. The steak frites are phenomenal, steak so tender it practically melted, and the fries were crispy little bites of heaven dunked in a roasted garlic rosemary aioli.

Wine list is excellent too, lots of good options by the glass, and the whole vibe of the place is lively.

Our server was attentive and friendly. The salmon was delicious, the Wagyu burger as well. The wings were flavorful but not overwhelmingly hot. But the highlight were the French fries. “After many fabulous visits to this Ruth's Chris, the restaurant seemed to have an off night last evening. In addition to the corporate Tastemaker Dinner, there were several other private dining events competing for the kitchen. The result was steak that did not have that Ruth's Chris sizzle. Plate was hot; steak was not. Other than that, service was impeccable as always, and the wines (and the wine rep) were great! The only other comment concerns the recent renovations, which removed the drapes from the windows in the room where the wine dinner is held and replaced the drapes with material that allowed the sun to shine in people's faces. It was uncomfortable for those facing the windows until the sun got lower.“

My stomach hurts because I should have tapped out 15 minutes ago but the food was too good to stop. I'd recommend the Leviathan wine and tomahawk steak. We are big eaters and could not finish our salads and soup, steak, or desserts! My husband highly recommends the French onion soup, Mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts. Overall the service, ambiance, food, and staff were wayyyyyy more than we expected. We look forward to patronizing this location again. I wish I had pics, but we ate too fast.“

The meat was tender, cooked perfectly on garlic bread, highly recommend and then we had the carrot cake which was the best carrot cake I’ve literally ever had in my entire life. It was so good. I would come back just for the carrot cake. I’m still thinking about the carrot cake. I wish I could have that carrot cake every day. If they ever need someone to talk about their carrot cake I’m your person, highly recommend that carrot cake.“

They made the entire planning process easy and stress-free, with clear, quick, and efficient communication every step of the way. They were incredibly accommodating. The food was great, my favorites were the funnel cake fries and the guacamole. The Cider was delicious!!! The venue itself is fantastic for hosting events, and I highly recommend ShipGarten for birthdays, gatherings, or any special occasion. One of the things I love most is that they also host dog-friendly events, which makes the place even more special! I had an amazing time and will absolutely be using ShipGarten for future events!!!“

“I wanted to say that I have been several times over the years. Although things are a little pricey they are always well done and delicious. In addition, I wanted to give a special shout out to Nicki who is a ray of sunshine and always goes the extra mile to ensure that customers are taken care of. To finish, the lavender lattes are a particular favorite of mine and the tempura crab cakes I had most recently were really divine. 4.75 stars“
