“I’ve visited Tacos El Pariente in Gaithersburg multiple times, and this place delivers every single time! Whether you’re craving their famous Birria Tacos with Consomé or classics like Carnitas, Chorizo, and Asada, the food is always on point. The flavors are authentic, the portions are generous, and the Jarritos are always cold – what more could you ask for?

“Ok, I know I should have known better but evenings (8:30 pm) are a Latin disco fest with music videos and slightly loud music. The food it traditional and delicious and they offer bucket discounts for beers. Either way, don’t believe the Google reviews saying the price is $100+ As we grabbed to entries for $28 total. It was a bit to loud after our day, otherwise we would have hung out in the outdoor area.“

“I have never craved any rice before but oh lawd this rice and beans is AMAZING. The chicken was also perfectly juicy and the sauces! I tried them all, my favorite is the spicy red one. I am just disappointed that these places are nowhere near me! I was visiting my sister and now to try and explain these flavors to my husband is just impossible!“

“Coming home from the SC we stopped here for dinner last year. It was outstanding. We stopped again this year on our way home to PA. The chicken is so flavorful and tender. Others had a steak dish that was equally as good. My grandchildren had the chicken and rice. We chose yuca fries, roasted veggies, soup, rice and black beans.
It was SO GOOD!!!
We only wish there was a Don Pollo here in Pine County PA.
