“The noodle soup was so flavorful and was perfect! I had the signature dish Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup with thin noodles. The noodles are hand pulled and made fresh every day and you can tell by the excellent texture and flavor! My new favorite restaurant! Also we were honored by four songs excellently played on the baby grand piano. Thank you for a delightful dinner, perfect service, and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend Chopin Noodle House and look forward to trying more dishes on the menu. ❤“

“My wife and I are from southwest of China. I would say Chef Lee's Element makes the best and the most authentic southwest Chinese dishes in DC area. We've tried almost every dish and it never lets us down. For the service, I want to thank Micheal for his kind and wonderful service, he is always smiling and talkative and gives his nice recommendations of the dishes. We go there almost every week.“

“I had an incredible experience dining at Gong Fu 12 yesterday, and I have to say it has quickly become my favorite restaurant in the DMV area. They create a wonderful blend of flavors from both Northern and Southern Chinese cuisines, resulting in a diverse menu full of exciting dishes. The quality of the food is exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices for such delicious meals. It's a place where you can truly indulge in a culinary adventure! “We had a great experience at Pickle Vegetable Fish. The signature pickled vegetable fish was excellent. The broth had a rich, tangy flavor with just the right amount of spice, and the fish was fresh, tender, and cooked perfectly. We also tried the peppercorn beef, which was equally flavorful and comforting.“
