“I was there for a business luncheon with 3 other people. At first I was concerned with the construction out front and the out of town guests wouldn't be able to find the restaurant, but that was not an issue. Check-in for our reservation was smooth. We were seated and a waiter was prompt asking for drink orders and providing menus. We place our orders after the waiter provided some explanation on some of the menu. The food arrived in a reasonable time. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The atmosphere was good for a business meeting. We will back for future business meetings.“

The food trucks vary, but are usually listed on their website. They seem to take great care in selecting companies who offer interesting and delicious food. It is definitely worth stopping by.“

“The service starts as you are greeted at the door by the attentive hostess, escorted to your seat, met by the waiter and provided your clean menus, another server asks for drinks and they are brought immediately. Right away, you order is taken and then comes the fresh, tasty bread, butter and sauce. And then the appetizer arrives steaming hot, right out of the kitchen. Followed by a waiter quietly refilling the water and ice tea. From the back corner and behind a barrier the manager is looking across the medium-size restaurant floor and bar area for anyone in need of service. He addresses everything quietly. Noone hovers over the guests, instead the servers constantly check your drinks and quietly refill them. Their manners and service are consistent. Without exception they each say please, may I, thank you and so on. This crew is well-trained and very good at what they do. And again, timely, the food came out and both dishes were hot from the kitchen. I was warned my plate was hot and we were offered another serving of parmesan and oil bread dip. A loud noise from a delivery driver is blaring music in the foyer and the manager immediately addresses it as he should. The food was excellent, tasty, not just heated up, not generic, not bland. Its refreshing to visit a new restaurant and enjoy a new and good taste. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, with a good ambiance, the correct background music at the proper volume. And all the staff were consistently masked and careful on how they seated people with seperation without being too obvious. This was our first time visiting. The customers were varied, maybe 26-30 in number around 8 pm. There were families, couples and dates and so on. We recommend this place. It's a bit far for us but we definitely intend on returning. As for the cost, it was right in line with all the Italian restaurants.“

The Ikura was eaten too fast so no pic but the portion size appeared modest while the thick cut slices of the salmon sashimi is generously cut.The yellowtail jalapeño appetizer is a nice portion for the price but the sauce is too spicy for me but diluting it with soy sauce helps.The folks working here are kind and professional. “This is probably one of the better places I've been at recently. Got a flight with the 60, 90, 120 min IPA. The 120 min was 17% alcohol and tasted like hard liquor more than beer and couldn't finish it. Of course, the rest of the flight was great.I got the Jambalaya and the cajun egg rolls. Everything was excellent and I would highly recommend them. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect, and our waitress was on point.“

“We love Guapo’s and come here often. Wait times are long but sometimes you get lucky. The drinks and food are delicious. However I had my first bad experience with a waiter this weekend. I paid the bill with my card and was going to leave a cash tip, the lady saw me select “no tip” and told me “tip is not included” …. I know how tipping works and it should never be excepted but appreciated. It left a sour taste. Especially given we always TIP well. Made me not want to leave anything at all. Very unprofessional!“

“The place is small but the food is excellent. We eat here every time we are in town. We have tried multiple dishes. All of which have been excellent. It makes it hard to decide what to order because everything is fantastic. The staff is friendly and hard working. We have done take out and eat in the restaurant. The place fills up every night so get there early or do take out.“

We'd heard good things from friends and as we walked in we smelled even better things, like their killer rotisserie chicken. Lunch for 2, a half a chicken, 2 sides and 2 soda was around $18, which isn't bad in today's economy. The chicken was tasty, the Mac and cheese was creamy and the Peruvian fried rice was decent. It was a clean looking restaurant and friendly staff. The Peruvian green sauce was delicious. I found dining hear to be a quiet and relaxing good lunch, on a Saturday afternoon. For my drinks (which were the real stars) I had a blackberry vodka mule and a Cranberry orange margarita. Both were well made.“
