Two Story Chimney Ciderworks Cideries • $$
7115 Damascus Rd, Gaithersburg

“Beautiful indoor space, wide open outdoors space, what more could you ask for? There's a fun kids' area, too! Ciders are great, as long as you're not seeking a super sweet option. They do all have a different flavor profile, which is nice. Four stars instead of five because there's no non alcoholic option, not even an apple cider or lemonade. That would hit it out of the park. It's a great place to bring a picnic and enjoy an afternoon. Super easy parking and easy to spot from the road.“

“It was quite busy on a Sunday. The patio hadn't been opened up yet, but you could order to go and sit there. We arrived without a reservation and were told it would be a 20 minute wait, but didn't get seated for ~50 minutes. Our server seemed harried. The crab cake eggs benedict was the highlight for us. The English muffin is toasted thoroughly and didn't get soggy, the crab cake was crispy and seasoned well. The breakfast potatoes were also seasoned and flavorful - just wish they had been crispier. The huevos rancheros was fine. The Werewolf in London was a touch watered down even before the ice melted.“

The manager and server adjusted to accommodate our seating needs on a busy Saturday evening. This involved the last-minute addition to our party that included need for wheelchair accessibility. They opened up the private dining area to make room. They went out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and valued. “This place is so amazing that the staff love to come here to work and interact with their guests. I Highly recommend this place as they have a huge wine selection. They also have some beer and 28 beers on tap. The deli puts out more food than any other small kitchen that we've been to and it's super good. Seriously, if you can't find your favorite beverage they will do the best to order it on your behalf. However, my guess is that they already have it in stock. Cheers!“

“Today, I’d like to express why I think Starbucks is Starbucks. Besides their social missions & their products are well sourced and consistently good. More than this the Service it’s usually very high, but in this particular case the service was above and beyond. I got 2 Matcha teas and unfortunately dropped them both in my car. I was between forget about Matcha or get 2 new. I decided to get 2 new. Back in Starbucks the barista asked me if I forgot something, I told him what happened and he gave me 2 FREE Matcha and hot water and towel to clean my car. While I was cleaning my car he delivered the teas. You call it Starbucks I call it SERVICE!“
