We honed our knife skills chopping up veggies for the soup, stuffed mushrooms, and sauce. We learned all about different types of mushrooms and how to clean and cook them. So many things to learn! And in the end, the meal was delicious and we had plenty of leftovers to take home along with the recipes.“

“Sardi’s Catering did an amazing job at a graduation party I attended. I think a lot of people don’t realize how good their catering service is and how much they can do. They prepared burgers, hot dogs, steak and chicken kabobs, and more, and everything was delicious.

The steak kabobs and mac and cheese were some of the best I’ve had. The team was professional, attentive, helpful, and did a great job with time management. Carlos was especially great to work with. He communicated well, provided updates throughout the process, and even helped with setup wherever needed.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be using Sardi’s Catering again in the future.“

My experience with Ridgewells Catering was absolutely splendid. The food was all great and the salad I had was maybe of of the best I've every eaten. Even some foods i normally don't like that were on the menu were very enjoyable.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful too. I am disabled and use a cane, without needed to ask one of the staff asked to help me and other guests. Their service really is top quality from what I observed and worth looking into for one's social event.“
